Name: Venelopie. But Seth calls her Nelli.
Other: She gets blinded in training and gets sent into the games to be an easy target for the other tributes.
Nelli smiled as she walked up the steps to Seth's house, going right inside like she always did. She and Seth had been together for two years after all, so this was just normal for her to do. She was dressed up, wearing the dress that Seth always said was his favorite for her to wear. She had her hair done elegantly, a flower clip on the side. And she had very light and natural looking makeup on her face, making her features pop. She walked into the living room, frowning to see Seth was no where to be found. Instead there sat Sue with Charlie on one couch and Leah on the other. Brushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear, she managed to give a small smile, "Where's Seth at? We're supposed to leave soon."
Leah looked at Venelopie in confusion, standing up from where she sat, "You and Seth were going somewhere tonight?"
Now Nelli frowned, crossing her arms over her chest, "Yes. Why? Is he not here?" What came next annoyed her to no end. Leah told her Seth had gone off with his friend Jake and some of the others. She felt really hurt that he would forget their date AGAIN. This was the third time this month. And more importantly, was the anniversary of their two years being together. Of course, she had no idea about the wolves, or him having to go on patrol all the time and a lot of times that being called to do that unexpectedly. She sighed, rubbing her hand on her forehead in frustration, "I can't believe he did this to me again."
Sue stood up to stand next to her, trying to make sure that the girl didn't get too upset, "Maybe he just forgot. Why don't you go home and I'll have him call you when he gets back, okay dear?"
Nelli shook her head, "How could he forget Sue? We've been planning this for weeks. Its our anniversary for goodness sake!" She was very much upset, on the verge of tear right now, "C....can I just stay here and wait for him to get back?" Sue nodded and she, Charlie, and Leah all left out after a little while, Sue and Charlie going to bed, while Leah went out to go who knows where. Nelli just sat on the couch, and waited. Hours passed, it going well on into the night and still Seth was not home. And finally, at one in the morning, Nelli, her knees curled up to her chest and arms wrapped around herself, tear stains on her cheeks, fell asleep there on the couch waiting for him to get home.
