Flappers and Faeries -1920's fantasy
A pair of heels clicked sharply on the pavement as their owner wandered down the slowly darkening street. She hummed lightly to herself and, seemingly uncaring, practically danced on her way. Her flaxen hair was enough to catch the attention of the men around her, and her neat figure and bright eyes held it. It was plain to see that she was off to a party somewhere and if any man were brave enough to follow her there it was sure to be a good time to be had.Lola smiled to herself as two young men decided to do just that. This was certainly one of her favorite parts of the job, reeling in men to lean them to The Melting Pot where they were sure to lighten their pockets of a few dollars by the end of the night. Her path took her deeper into the more abandoned streets until she stopped outside a metal door and knocked three times quickly then drummed her fingers on the steel. With a flirty glance at the two men she entered the now open doorway and waved them forward into a club that was much larger on the inside than it appeared from the unassuming alleyway. Inside it was music, laughter and plenty of things there could be deemed not strictly legal. Gin flowed as well as money as the patrons danced and drank the night away. Now inside Lola ditched the young men, letting the other girls there and patrons absorb them into the throng. Working her way through the crowd she sat down with a sigh in a quiet corner of the bar where a redheaded man was cleaning glasses and a thin dark haired woman quietly smoked. “Whew, crimoney what a night! That’s the last group I fish for!”
Leader of the Sheikah
A tall slender woman with brown hair sat down on the seat next to Lola before saying with a smirk "Hello Lola. Get any good bites tonight?"
