Personality: Always willing to gain more knowledge and power Jack has always enjoyed learning better spells. He is not very social prefering to study more spells to become stronger but is friendly to others. However Jack is also distrustful of most people and has a distaste for people who crave more power than they can handle. He has no intrest in any romantic relationship with anyone he sees it as a impairment and something he does not need at his age. He is very careful of what he is doing in dangerous situations some call it paranoia or cowardly Jack says it's staying alive.

Brief History: Born into a pure blood family that was known for the abilities to duel and their strict marriage standards. The family members usually end up as Aurors or other such anti-dark magic jobs. However along the way the family has seemed to devlope a curse after evading death and foiling it so many times their luck steadily ran out when Simon Williams consulted a seer. The seer told Simon that "The tenth boy to be born in your family will become a leiutenant to a dark force and will forever be bound by death." Which incidentally is Jack Williams who has not yet been told this. He has since gone to Hogwarts and been known as exceptionally well mannered and behaved never having gotten an a detention. However people who look into his eyes describe it like "looking into a empty well." despite the boy's obvious talent in his skill set. He has not done so well in things like herbology and transfiguration but his teacher acknowledge he tries his best. He is now trying his best to get ready for his O.W.L.
Plot Point: -For some reason, the zombies temporarily listen to one word commands from your character. Although the duration and strength of command wavers by how many are being influenced, it's quite the handy skill in most situations. Beware- control of the inferi might create distrust between you and the townsfolk.
Name: Galan Dracos
Nickname/Alias: Sound's Pride

Clan/Bloodline: Dracos – Since the start of the village of Otogakure the Dracos have always been respected as warriors of caliber. Their Kekki Genkai is one of only a few in the village and is only passed down to those who are direct descendants of the original Dracos, Xar Faldoris Dracos, who was one of the first leaders of their village. The family is renowned for their use of wind release and sound manipulation. The shinobi born of this clan are normally effective strategists and ambushers.
Chakra Nature: Wind
Personality: Galan is a man who strives to become stronger but not power hungry enough to cause him to take risks and deals that otherwise would kill him. He is a smart man but arrogant in his confidence but not to the point where he charges a man stronger then he believes is stronger than him. Not quick to anger Galan likes to wait until the best moment to do things but if things are going wrong he either retreats or joins in with his team if they are not horribly outnumbered like two to ten. Galan is extremely loyal to the sound village and his family doing nothing that could betray them unless the deal with extremely tempting to him. He prefers stealth based missions to straight on open conflict due to the nature of his jutsu which even though effective is less effective than say fire in open combat. He always carries around kunai and senbon depending on what type equipment he will need on his mission or if someone he is allied with needs more of either.
History: Born to two Otogakure ninja he was from the start refined and groomed to become a strong ninja. For the first six years of his life he was trained by his parents and private mentors respectively and found out his affiliation, much like his parents, is Wind allowing him to focus on that more then any other jutsu like lightning. Given a melody arm by his father he quickly learned how to use it effectively against living beings and objects. He was taught the basics of ninja techniques and how to read by his mentors and parents as well not wanting their child to become a fool who would go the wrong way on a crossroad. When he joined the academy not many kids liked him in fact most of the kids wanted nothing to do with him and his "odd arm" referring to the melody arm gauntlet on his hand making him want to beat them in tests and mock fights even more than before. He quickly outclassed them due to his early head start and the pampering of the other kids in his class who were inexperienced and fool hearty. Once he graduated he was ranked second overall in his class. However his chakra reserves were discovered to be larger than average but not extremely large. But his weakness against earth jutsu and fire became apparent when he discovered sound could not penetrate either easily causing him frustration that caused him to put himself fully into training hoping that he would overcome them which he learned was harder then he thought.
He was sent on the normal genin missions with his squad, which was dull to him only increasing his urge to become stronger to become above such mundane work. Becoming as strong as possible was his goal in most of his spare time he refined and mastered his more basic and moderate techniques through hard work in the forest alone for the majority of the time. His parents also introduced him to his Kekki Genkai, The Eye of the Wind, which drastically improved his wind and sound jutsu capabilities due to being able to see where to place his blows from his melody arm and where the best spot to use his jutsu. However he quickly found out how draining it was after fifteen minutes or more of use as the drain on his chakra tired him out. During the last Chuunin Exam Galan's team, Squad ten, joined in Galan and one of their members, Lou Sesiso, died in the second part of the exams due to other ninja protecting his fellow team mates. During the exams it quickly became apparent that the other members of his squad did not train enough as the other two were both eliminated from the tournament, but lived, in the third round.
Galan did not win the chuunin exams but was placed third overall in tactical skill during it and sixth overall in skill. He has since then joined his old mentor and been working on various chuunin and lower jonin class missions eliminating rogue ninja and bandits. During one particularly dangerous mission a rogue jonin, recently jonin, tried to sell out his village to a group of bandits hell bent on taking the capital out. Galan and his two jonin ranked allies succeeded in killing the woman before she did so however Galan only received only moderate injuries due to the skills of his two allies. He was named the Sound’s Pride for doing so but has not achieved fame as it is only a title to most of his village’s people. However he is now regarded with more respect than before. He has been sent to the chuunin exams to look after the two genin squads selected for it to help them in preparing and to repersent the Sound Village due to lack of able bodied jonin from the village.

Description: The Melody Arm is a porous metal gauntlet that is located on Galan's right arm. It is used to amplify or absorb sound waves caused by his arm's movements. The sound waves caused by the melody arm can then be manipulated, and directed with chakra causing more damage. They can also bring on blurred vision, dizziness, as well as paralyzing the target of jutsu that are dealt by this weapon. It can also act as a defense by blocking kunai and shuriken.
Name of Kekkei Genkai: Eyes of the Wind
Description: Appears on the eye or eyes of the user depending on how strong and matured the user is a black circle forms around the eye and the Iris. The white parts (of the eye) of it get even whiter. It allows the user to see wind currents and process which ones would be the most effective for their jutsu and or whatever other the user would require for whatever purpose. This also allows the user to strengthen the power of their wind and sound based jutsu by allowing him or her to draw on the nearby currents and be able to focus it easier but also weakens them to fire based attacks that are used directly to attack the user and it also makes it harder to penetrate solid rock since wind can’t get through it. This can be activated by closing the eyes and focusing the chakra to them and thus activating it. However the small stream of chakra directed towards the eyes causes the user to expend it and Galan after about fifteen to twenty minutes of pure battle strains him while this is active. He starts to feel woozy and disoriented due to lack of chakra causing him to be less effective in melee combat. He normally does not keep the eye active for that long however unless the fight is going to be a hard one. Galan has only activated this in one eye, the right, so far. Once it activeates in the second eye it is capable of allowing the user to strength his abilities greatly in nin jutsu based wind techniques. However using both the eyes active causes strain on the user and drains twice the amount of chakra only using one eye.

Description: Galan inhales deeply and then blows a circular sphere of air at the enemy impacting with strong force capable of breaking bones with large amounts of chakra.
Weakness: Can’t be used in close range of the user because it does not have enough time to consolidate itself properly. It can’t hit through solid objects such as walls but can destroy them. Weaker verisons of it are less effective making it more of a concussive shock rather then pure force

Description: Galan smashs his melody hand onto the ground creating painful and debilitating effects on the person for three minutes to six depending on how much chakra is expended leaving the person feeling nauseous and unstable on their feet. It is able to be blocked by covering the ears like most other sound jutsu. It does not require much chakra to use due to the low time limit Galan is currently able to use it for allowing him to use it a couple (about four) times per battle if given enough time to preform the jutsu that many times it becomes harder to use it because of alternating currents in the wind the sound travels having to find one suitable to the jutsu's sound waves that travel on them). After the time that has passed the enemy still carries the after effects (small head ache, a little harder to move making them a little slower but not a much, and slight dizziness) but recovers fully after which it does not cause any major permenate harm to the enemy. How it works is if the person hears the sound, which is not very loud, it affects the brain and nervous system making mock verisons of sickness and nausia beyond that. The after effects last for about fifteen to twenty minutes at it's most effective power at it's weakest point only six minutes after depending on how much of the sound the person heard. This is not a seperate time but an extension of the main effects listed above.
Weakness: In open areas such as forests and deserts it is less effective than in a closed space because of the vibrations that travel across the walls into the person’s ears. Covering the ears lessens the effect but does not negate it.

Description: Focusing wind his left hand Galan unleashes a powerful gust of wind that is meant to send the enemy flying in whatever direction Galan is facing. It is a straight shot and until he is more skilled will not be able to control it's trajectory.
Weakness: Unable to use this technique with his right hand due to the melody hand. Without proper line of vision at the target he can’t aim properly when making it turn with hand signs. Takes a lot of chakra to use.

Description: Galan puts his hand on top of his melody gauntlet causing the target to hear sounds that are not there. It is used as a distraction for last resorts and or to just distract someone or something while he is doing something. He more chakra he uses the longer the effect lasts. Covering ears nulls effect
Weakness: Is not effective in combat terms it does not hurt a person. It requires good amounts of chakra to keep going after five minutes and the target may lose interest or figure out what is happening thus being able to ignore it.

Description: Creating a horrible sound by using his chakra and improved if he uses his melody gauntlet this causes the enemy to slowly cause the enemy’s ears to bleed after prolonged exposure and problems with hand eye coordination as well as hearing. Covering the ears nulls the effect
Weakness: It can harm allies nearby who can hear it causing the same effects. This needs a decent amount of chakra to use. It takes a good amount of chakra to hold the jutsu for more then ten minutes without the aid of the eyes of the wind.
