Note: I'm well aware you guys probably don't care about weights but I have no friends :D
So I've been Squatting 80kg, though earlier on the the week I came across a really indepth video on proper form.
Tried it with 80kg and I near became a pretzel.
Now i'm doing the proper form with 40kg which is like, my starting weight. :c
Good news would be that it actually worked out my body better since walking down stairs had me near buckling, though just seeing you go from 40 to 80 to 40 again sucks :C
