Dawn was barely creeping over the horizon, and still it found the sleepy grey eyes and soft smile of Wreynn Sasaki. Her long, snowy-white curls hung in tousled disarray down her back and her chin rested on her folded arms, as she half draped herself across her windowsill. The view outside was lovely country, made mysterious by a light and swirling mist that even dared enter her own open window. Her father once said that the spirit world was a little closer on days like this, and the mist was their way of showing they still watched over their loved ones. With a small yawn, she smiled a little wider and whispered in to the mist, "Ohayou maman, otou-san."
Wreynn enjoyed peaceful moments like that. It made her happy that her home was nestled just outside the noise and bustle of the growing city of Tokyo. She could almost forget that her life was far more complicated than simply a risen daughter and heir to a wealthy man who had passed on four years prior. She could almost forget she was now the head of the prominent Sasaki family, head of a powerful and still growing Yakuza clan... Almost. She was well aware that, any moment, the tall form of Sebastian would walk through her door to wake her for the day. Granted, it wouldn't surprise her if he knew she was awake. Either way, she was likely to hear something about being curled in the floor, sleeping kimono half open at the neck and falling of one tattooed shoulder, and all but leaning out her open window in the cool morning air.
