Pinkie Pie watched as Rainbow Dash set off to help clean up the town, with Twilight not that far behind. After the incident, she didn't want the blue pegasus out of her sight. Partially to make sure she didn't skip out on doing her part to help everypony fix her mess, and partially to keep an eye on her wings. She wanted to document their recovery, as well as any other side effect that had yet to pop up. Needless to say, Twilight would have a lot to consider for next time she wanted to make that potion. If she could make it, anyhow.
The happy pony waved at them, then turned to the blue creature she had recently befriended. He stared back at her, both curious as to what the other was. He hadn't said a word since he arrived, but perhaps that was for the best. She couldn't get attached, afterall. At least, that was what Twilight had said. As much as Pinkie wanted to keep him, her friend had already put her hoof down on the matter. She had to take him back home...But how?
"Hmm..." Pinkie put a hoof to her chin, a thoughtful expression on her face. A light bulb flicked on above her head, and she grinned. She could still feel that special magic bubbling within her. If she focused, she might be able to do what she had before: See into the fabric of time and space. After that, then all she had to do was find the correct world. And, ff she hurried, she might be able to get there and back without geting stuck. Not that she considered all this...Within seconds she was grabbing the blue creature, opened up a zipper in mid-air, and jumped through without a second thought.
She giggled as she watched all the strange beings pass through, her laughter echoing around the vortex. It didn't take long to get back to the previous world, where the imaginary friend was from. Before he had the chance to run off, she gave him a tight hug. The little thing sure was huggable! Waving goodbye, she opened another portal and was gone. Before, she had naturally found her way back, like another sense was guiding her. Now, that sense was gone...The potion was wearing off faster and faster. Pinkie would have to guess her way back, not that she was concerned.
Putting on another smile, she turned, trying to find a way that seemed familiar. It felt like she was on the right track, but...
She landed on rough concrete, her hooves barely catching her. Seeing the bleak colors and strange, two-legged creatures, she supposed she had made a wrong turn. She wasn't too far off, she knew that. The place was so...boring! But, her curiosity was peaked. Not worried about her limited timeframe, she bounced off, taking in all the sights. A few of the residents took notice, one she guessed was a child. However, before she could make any friends, they all ran away.
"Oh..." Her happiness broke just a little. In the last world, everyone had been so nice. Maybe because she looked like one of them. Here, she stuck out like a sore thumb. Looking around a little more, she tried to find somepony else...Or, whatever these creatures were.
