Fui's a relatively tall boy standing around the height of approximately 5'11 to 6 feet. Vigorous exercise and training has sharpened and defined his body into an extremely toned and muscled definition that confuses most people he meets. Despite being only 17, he looks to be within the 19 to 20 age range. His hair is a spiky black-ish brown that flows slightly over his amber eyes, and into the wind.
His mouth is usually in a firm frown or smirking-grin, though it varies on his mood. He has numerous scars that litters his usually bare chest and face, both from training and from accidents and mishaps with old Fire Nation guards. Fui's usual attire is a torn, ripped white and yellow jacket with the sleeves torn off. He has a ragged red bandana tied around his left bicep, and another red bandana tied around his forehead. He wears loose black and red training pants with white and yellow symbols on the hems, along with metal-plated white and yellow sandals. Covering his hands are tough gloves made of the same white and yellow fabric, with a metal plate on top of the gloves's knuckles and hand.
Fui comes from the Fire Nation Capital, though he lives in Fire Fountain City.
Born into medium-classed parents of the age of 21 and 22, life for Fui wasn't very hard, nor was it easy. He was originally from the Fire Nation Capital, not a specific city or town. Just the Capital. His parents were Soldiers that patrolled and guarded various noble families and dictators from other lands. Because of this, Fui was left alone at the house most of the time, where he could only play around with other boys in his city or just sleep. Eventually, they had to move due to debt; his parents garnered a decent amount of money, but the house they stayed in was wrecked and naturally dirty, forcing them to spend a lot of money to fix it. This caused them to borrow money from people, and eventually move away from not being able to pay for the money.
They moved to Fire Fountain City, with Fui being only 4 years old at the time. There, they lived a semi-peaceful life in the relatively small city, his parents getting decent jobs as guards. This gave them time to nurture and give Fui attention, though he was sort of used to being alone and didn't really like the bonding exercise. So...they trained him in Fire Bending. It was easy; they were powerful Benders who served the Fire Nation ever since they were 16. Now they were 28 and 29, so training a child wasn't hard. They started him off with the basics; breathing small embers and calling forth fire from things such as candles and lanterns.
Fui easily soaked all of this up, and he was immediately branded as a 'natural'. His father, seeing that Fui was experienced enough to train alone, decided to teach him the difficult style of Martial Arts. As like Fire Bending, they started small; just routine punches and kicks. But, Fui wowed 'em with his natural ease in which he soaked up Martial Arts. He was better with it then he was with Fire-Bending! So, they began training him more and more, juggling it with his education and his Fire Bending training. He quickly became used to this routined and flourished in the training, exercising himself whenever it was a 'break' day. He got into fights at school, starting fights with people around the city, and generally bettering himself whenever he could. When, on his 15th birthday, he heard about the Cloud Festival in Makapu Se City, Capital of the Western Earth Kingdom, he jumped at the chance. However, his parents forbade him from going. Apparently, they harbored hate for the other Nations. Some prejudice crap.
So, going against their wishes, Fui stole some of their money and boarded a caravan that was heading to the Festival, and got there in record time. He heard about the strong fighters in the Earth Kingdom. He was ready. This was going to be a wonderful vacation!
Fui is seen as a disciplined, if not grumpy boy whom is generally pleasant to be around, if you ignored his slight...quirks. While not 'emo' or depressing, Fui could be sort of quiet if anything isn't going on. If there's something exciting going on, in which there most likely is, he could be talk quite a bit, but mostly in short-worded sentences. His patience isn't something to compliment, and his anger gets the best of him most of the time, causing him to shout, breathe fire, and generally destroy a place...and maybe someone's face. Though, in battle, he's constantly mad, whether it's training or actual fighting. A grin covers his face and he is constantly on the offensive, battering the opponent with aggressive moves while also setting fire to anything that he deems a threat. His anger issue usually gets him into fights with town boys or travelling Fire Nation guards, causing him to be sent to prison for a day or two. Nothing serious, but the hot-headed boy has gotten himself quite a reputation for being easily-angered and for being a beast in a brawl. When he's seriously angry and stressed, Fui takes the time to exercise vigorously until he can't train anymore; basically, until he passes out. In a few words?
Easily-angered, hotheaded, impatient, quiet, and a training junky.
Fui is a novice in Fire-Bending, though he is sufficiently trained in the Art of Bending by his parents, two skilled Fire Nation soldiers. While he isn't the best, for his age group he's about average, if not a little above average. His father in particular trained and exercised with him, with Fui being an incredibly athletic boy, both strong, fit, and fast. He knows a bit of Martial Arts, both from classes and from training with his father, and the style he is currently studying is called 'Northern Shaolin'. It's a common style practiced throughout the Fire Nation, thou Fui plans on mastering this art and becoming one of the world's greatest fighters.
While he doesn't have anything truly special, Fui does
have his gloves, which are plated with scarp metal, allowing him to hold onto sharp things without getting his hands sliced open. It also makes any of his heated (hehehe)
punches hurt even more, especially since the metal grows hot due to his fire bending. Fui keeps a canteen of special broth made by his mother. It's nothing special; just constantly-hot broth that makes him feel warmer when he sips it.
To eventually travel the world, and to become the greatest fighter in the world. (Fui IS still a child, after all. But...who knows? Maybe he will...)
None right now.
