Good evening everyone!
So, this may not be orthodox where someone who has been with the guild for a number of years makes a post in the "Introduce Yourself" section of the forum but I feel as over the last year I have taken a number of hiatus' (some longer than others), it is almost fitting to re induct myself as such. With that said...
I am Evershadow, twenty-years young and an avid role-player (and first joined the guild in Dec 2009). Over the last few months I fear my creative writing capabilities (along with my grammar) may have gone down the shitter a little but you'll find that I'll soon get back into the swing of it all. A bit about me...? I'm artistic; mainly through music, painting and sketching/doodling although I have dabbled in other mediums such as film-making/video and sound installations. I love incense and have a number of holders in my bedroom usually with at least one of them lit and I have an "addiction" to herbal teas. I also probably spend more hours than is healthy in front of the computer or games consoles (although neither beats a good book). I watch a lot of movies and have a rather large bookshelf filled with VHS and DVD's (which I'm quite proud of considering we are in the digital age), as far as movies go my favorite genre would probably be post-apocalyptic or horror which crosses over into what I like to write about (partly).
As hinted at, my favourite genre for role-play would have to be post-apocalyptic although honestly I will role-play almost anything within reason. I do have an old interest check for one x one role-playing which can be found here although I do prefer group role-plays. Also my one x one emporium will more than definitely have to be cleaned up and changed around a little.
Generally I'm a down-to-earth guy, when it comes to role-playing I'm pretty laid back and I'm not going to bite you on your rears for grammatical errors unless they seriously effect the enjoyment of the role-play because to be honest, I'm going to be making plenty for the next little while at least.
Anyway, it's nice to be back and I hope to see many of you soon!
