Currently, Entering Spectator Tier of Arena
Time, Before the Tournament
The crowds of fellow players gathered in swarms rushing towards the entry gate. Violence was such a primal form of entertainment, but it even appealed to Ashi, drawing her in out of sheer curiosity of who may be contending. A few member of Mu said they would be there, avoiding unintentional confrontations was at the highest priority, she didn't want to be nagged about making the class change to Shogun yet. Shogun, yeah, it was a pretty intimidating name for a class, but ugly sounding all the same. The roars of people within the arena blocked out Ashi's thoughts as she drew closer, a few shady individuals looking her over as she passed and in reply offering a glare of threatening intent at them. This was a safe zone, but it was very known to higher level characters that items that disabled this effect were present in the game, though frowned upon very much.
She finally was within the arena, blurs of moving colors in the distance, a great amount of people were here as it was the main city after all. Within moments an old friend of Ashi's, Vilenz jumped from a near by bannister landing before her. He was a drastic amount of levels below her, puny lvl 70, but they had history so she nodded to the monk in response to his presence. He was a bit displeased with the lack of excitement at his entrance, frowning at Ashi and sighing as he bowed low. "Been a while Ashi, looking as sharp as ever." He stated turning the grim expression to a smile- Ashi giving another stern nod upwards as the human figure stood a few feet taller than herself. Vilenz scratched his head in confusion, the crowds of people's screams raising as a small argument occurred in the seats nearby. He took the hint, waving a silent goodbye before jumping onto a railing and returning to his seat somewhere out of view. Ashi wasn't really in a talkative mood, continuing as she paced down the entry walkway and looking nearby for a seat, which was likely futile. Chiisai have one of the smallest statures among the races, and the only way to get a better view would be if a bear-man were to throw her on their shoulders while he, or she, stood on their tippy-toes.
An alternative however arose, flags along the stairways began to rise as the event's beginning ceremonies started. Ashi dodging obstacles and people alike finally made it to the nearest flag rising at the third step, hopping atop it to get a better view. A barbarian nearby gave the flag a shove, causing it to wobble back and forth, she almost lost her balance due to this douchebaggery.
"What was that for?" - Ashi asked with a reddened face as she regained her balance.
"You're blocking other people's view, weakling." - Said the Barbarian, his blue painted face scrunching up at the girl's gesture.
The man was clearly in character, but in reality, he was probably some small framed kid who was teased in school; finally there was a world where he was the strong one to prey upon the weak, but unfortunately this puppy had just picked a fight with a wolf.
"Say, do you know what Santa brings naughty children for Christmas?" - Ashi asked with an innocent smile, nearly amplified by the childlike appearance.
"Coal." - The barbarian not even offering eye contact said, scoffing at the girl.
"No, a dagger in between in their stomache, separating muscle tissue and cutting vital organs." - She giggled, hopping to the next nearest flag. Before turning to the frightened manchild who's face was now pink and he frantically looked for someone's assistance.
"Don't worry, just watch your tongue friend. Some people actually like this game." - Ashi said before finally hopping to the highest flag within the arena above the audience.
As the fights begun she saw some brutalities, some shameless defeats, an orc's overkill. Nothing out of the ordinary for a day like this, but a strange man cloaked and masked stood out the most. Hopping from the highest flag to one a small difference from him, the girl looking at his books from a distance. She didn't fancy leveling much after hitting level 100, but she found other things to be entertaining in the mean time. One of these things was being a nosy-little girl, though, she was only a little girl in appearance, a great disguise and excuse to enter other people's business without permission.
She didn't want to seem too obvious, so she continued watching the arena from time to time. But would avert her eyes back to the ominous man, and if she focused she could hear whispers coming from his direction, no it was definitely coming from the area around him. But Ashi shrugged the fact off as the room was impressively louder after the current battle concluded, she relaxed simply peering at the man's oddities as it came of interest to her, and then back to the arena as it lost this.
