Persona Shift To unlock your true self. You must first hold the key.
The first Alteration Shift began on July 14, 2014. Times Square was the area struck by the alteration. Everyone inside of the alteration was trapped, unable to leave the area that was now a prison. People from the outside saw nothing change and no one questioned the what had occurred. An unnoticeable force changed the thoughts and perspectives of everyone who passed by. To them nothing had happened. They saw Times Square filled with people who weren't actually there. All who were outside were persuaded to walk a different path by the unnoticeable force. After three hours the alteration finally ended and people continued their normal lives. Everyone except for those still trapped inside the alteration. 30,000 people disappeared that day.
The second Alteration Shift occurred on August 1, 2014. The Moscow Metro was the affected area. It had engulfed the Okhotny Ryad Station. Two trains passed through the station when the Alteration Shift started without a single soul on them. The same mysterious voice from the first alteration rang through the minds of the passengers, having them ignore the phenomenon and step right onto the empty trains. The trains went right back through the shift, but when the Red Line made it to the next station there was a single man left on the train. He was a World War II veteran with wide eyes, a tattered body, and a single key. The man exited the train and after taking five steps, fell to the ground. His body could not take the brutal beating he had received. Life faded from his eyes and the key he held disappeared. The Alteration Shift had been stopped and the first Persona user appeared.
Alteration Shifts started to pop up randomly around the world at different times and intervals, trapping countless people. No one ever noticed what was really happening. These random disappearances caused many theorists to believe the victims were being abducted, but no evidence appeared to support them. The Alteration Shifts remained in the shadows to everyone, despite the threat of the shifts surrounding them. Over the course of a year fourteen more Alteration Shifts sprung up. The Alterations seemed to always target a different area, never appearing in the same place twice. Within these fourteen Alterations not a single person survived. No one managed to accomplish what the old man had in Okhotny Ryad back on August 1st.
Then suddenly the disappearances and Alteration Shifts stopped occurring. Not a single one happened for the rest of the year. Once the clock reached midnight and it was the start of a new year, a new Alteration finally occurred. This shift covered the entire island of Manhattan, marking as the largest one by far. This is where our Persona Users finally came to be. The Alteration Shift that would change them and the world forever...
Height & Weight:
Trait: (Like how the protagonist of Persona 3 had Courage, Knowledge, and Charisma. Pick their dominate one.)
Social Links: (These will come into play later. Maximum of three people.)
Key Appearance: ( The way your key looks will be dependent on why you obtained your persona, keep it something along those lines.)
Arcana: (Don’t pick one that is already taken.)
Attribute: (Fire, Ice, Wind, Electricity, Light, and Dark. Can be dual.)
Main Stat: (Strength, Magic, Endurance, Agility, or Luck)
Meaning: ( Can reveal after the Persona gifting if needed.)
- Everyone is going to start off in Manhattan. Having gotten there somehow, such as for schooling, it’s where they work, tourist, business reasons, or something along those lines.
- Everyone’s gotta speak English so we don’t have that language barrier for our characters.
- Everyone is going to get their Persona in the beginning. It will occur through an event that I will set up. Make sure the event is based off something from your past. The example will be given in my post.
- Please have up to three side characters ready for your social links. They don’t have to be much. Just a name and appearance.
- I am only going to accept about 5 people to play, but everyone is welcome to play two characters.
- Finally have fun, I am hoping that this is fun and exciting as I am very eager to make a story for us all to experience.

Actually MasterJay, if you'd be so kind. Could you delete that post on the CS and place it here. Cause the CS thread is for fully accepted characters. So I gotta go over a few things before I fully accept your character.
Not a problem. I wasn't sure where to put it, but one was named 'Character Sheet Thread' so...
Feel free to critique and/or criticize away.
Name: Evette "Eve" Laster
Occupation: None - She's tutored privately, so I don't think she can really even be called a student.
Height & Weight: 5'03" | 114lb
Evette was born in northern Europe, and her family moved soon after to France, where she grew up and spent the first thirteen years of her life. Eve's family has always had money, a lot of it, and she grew up in opulence. High-class doesn't even begin to cover the lifestyle she's used to. She even has her own credit cards that she is allowed to use however and whenever she wants with no limit!
Due to her parents frequently having to work and be away for long periods of time, she is all too used to being alone. She has a multitude of hobbies because of all of the time she's had to find various ways of filling. First she turned to the things her mother thought it would be good for her to learn, such as music, singing, and dancing, all of which she quickly excelled at. Her father works as the CEO of a major computor company, and she wanted to learn the sorts of thing he did, so she bought the most powerful computer entertainment system money, a lot of money, could buy and taught herself about computers. She learned to take apart and eventually build them, how to use them to their fullest potential, and then how to hack them. At some point during that process, she stumbled into what would become her long affair with what her parents would refer to as "stupid" television shows and "stupid" video games.
Her family moved to America when her mother was offered a higher-paying fashion job, which she accepted. Her family has a penthouse in Manhattan where she's been living for the past few months, but her parents are rarely there. Eve's mother is working in New York City, and sometimes comes home for dinner and the night. Eve's father is away more often on trips abroad because of his work. He tries to be there at least for special dates and holidays, but even then his work sometimes doesn't allow it. Her parents know that they aren't around enough to raise their daughter well and feel guilty enough to let her do anything she wants. Whenever they return home, they always remember to bring her gifts and tell her stories about the places they've come from. Eve loves her parents dearly, never once holding their absences against them.
Weapon: pole vaulting pole
Social Links: Temperance - Roman and Emilia Laster - Evette's parents that are frequently gone because of work. They feel guilty about it and shower her with gifts and freedoms. She could probably really get away with murder. She does love her parents, and they love her as well, it's just hard for them to communicate their feelings to the other. Hermit - Aaron Hastel - A friend in France with whom she frequently plays online. They had been friends for many years, and had just started calling their relationship "dating" when Eve's family moved away.
Key Appearance: A solid glass key with a blue sapphire inside.
Theme Song: Polite Dance Song
Arcana: The Moon
Main Stat: Endurance
Moves: Bufu, Diarama, Patra
Meaning: Angel of Rain. Lonely liquid deity on whom all depend, yet none wish to suffer prolonged company.
