“Another superhuman made earth quake devastated a town in Nebraska. A school in Colorado exploded today, the one who did this was a thirteen year old boy who was not harmed by the explosion. Since he tried to keep from erupting for long enough for most of the kids to get out his sentence was shortened to twenty years. Fifty people died that day. A leader a cult took control of the minds of all the children in the town, took them up to a mountain and had them all kill themselves in a ritualistic way. The undead problem in Scotland is still going on, authorities say they have to find the one controlling the undead before they can stop it. “

Two police officers are seen on the screen dragging a man with long black hair. “I didn’t do anything!” He screamed.” Tell that to all those people who are in critical condition in the mall.” He struggles. The camera catches the mans pupil expanding and consuming his eyes. The camera drops to the ground and every one starts coughing. Blood comes from their mouths. A gunshot is picked up by the sound, and blood splatters on the camera. The screen picks up something falling to the pavement , it was the mans head.

“So, before we start, aren’t you afraid that the police will catch you while we talk here, this is live video you know?” A man in a black cloak, that looks like it’s almost see through sat in a chair beside the reporter. His eyes were completely white and his skin was dark. It was an extremely pail black, though he wasn’t African American. “They will not come, they are too afraid too. They wouldn’t be able to catch me either, so it’d be a waste for them to try.” “Okay…Can you tell us your name?” She asked. “My name was lost in the past, the future, and the present. I am only know as The Watcher now.” “Ok, Can you tell us what you do?” “I can move through time and space using rift I create. They are portals from one place, to another.” He said. “So you can teleport from place to place” “More than that, I can teleport from place to place, time to time.” “So you know the future?” The reporter asks. “I know A future.” He said. “What do you mean?” She asked. “The future is flexible now that there is someone who can know of it. I can charge the future.” “So since you’ve seen it, would you want to change it?” “I want to see how the future unfolds. So no, I am The Watcher, I watch, I don’t interfere.” “So is it true, what the people are saying? Is the time of heroes coming?” The man looked at her. He said “Ma‘am, The time of heroes is ending.”

Is this still Topia?” Smoke rose to the clouds, fire swarmed the streets. Giant ships were seen sailing from the burning island. Jets flew over the island quickly. “How’d this happen?”

It has been eight years since Topia was destroyed. The government cracked down on superhumans, capturing them and locking them up. Many look down on this,but most never speak out. All across the world people have been developing abilities. All are on the run. People who try to be heroes are usually the ones who are taken down quickly. The ones who would be called villains usually last longer,but end up dead most of the time unless they possess strong abilities. There is a safe haven for supers, called Ramparadose. They don't allow the senseless capture and killing of super powered people, which is why most of the supers try to move to the island. It is known as the golden city,since one of it's main cities are in complete gold paint. It is a fairly new city so no gang members or much crime is in it. It is a large island and has many man made sights.{Waterfalls, lakes, parks.}

2.No autoing.
3.You can not chose your own power, mods chose them for you.
4.You can not blow the city up completely. You also are not aloud to do drastic things unless you have permission from me.
5.No explicit language. Censor it if you feel a little language is necessary.
6.No flaming,that stuff.
7.You can not travel out of the city.
8.You can not be all powerful in the beginning.You are actually pretty weak.

Well, I like the idea very much, but I don't like the idea of someone else choosing my powers. I'd prefer to choose my own.

Sorry, its what gives the roleplay its uniqueness. You'd be surprised the kind of powers people can come up with and how you can fit them in. I'd love if you joined but you definately don't have to.
