    Name: Paryun Lafiel St Claire.

    Age: 19.

    Race: Lycanthrope.

    Gender: Female.

Personality: Paryun is a soft spoken, generally quiet being. That is not to say that she is not friendly, the opposite is true. However, given some of the other races biases toward Lycanthrope, Paryun speaks less then she might should she lives in a more open minded world. Paryun is kindhearted girl, more gentle then harsh, more compassionate then hateful, though the world she was born in to and the bias toward her race has forced her to also have a strong outer shell, and as a young adult on her own, Paryun has hardened a little from the child she was. However, if one does get to know Paryun and gain her trust, they eventually will see her true nature.

    Zodiac sign: Aquarius.

Occupation: Priestess. Will work a variety of other jobs, as needed.

    Class: Priestess.

Family: Mother, Illyasviel Debrusc St Claire, deceased, Father, Amoux Byakko St Claire, deceased, sister, Clarissa Dusanyu St Clare, alive, living in Felbas.

Manipulator: Yes. Paryun's core element is Water. Paryun's extended element is light, and her forbidden element is, life.

    Guild: None.

    Appearance (Human form.):

Height: 5 feet, four inches tall, 163 centimeters.

    Weight: 124 pounds, 56 kilograms.

Hair style: Shoulder length with slight curls at the ends..

Hair colour: Light, almost white blonde..

Eye colour: Sea blue, with the odd feature of being a ice-blue around the edges of the irises.

    Facial attributes: none.

Build: petite, slender, with small, fragile looking arms and legs. Paryun has slightly smaller then normal hands with slightly shorter then average fingers, with tiny, well trimmed fingernails. Paryun’s foot size is small, in accordance with her rather diminutive stature.

Feline form: Paryun's eyes remain blue in this form, rather then turning yellow, green, or other colours associated with felines. In this form, Paryun attains more features attributed to the feline species, and specifically a saber-tooth cat. Fur, close in shading and colour to her hair in human form covers Paryun's body, and she has a short tail. Her face elongates somewhat, her eyes take on a more feline curvature, and her nose flattens and also becomes more feline in nature, and the trademark long canines associated with the saber-tooth appear. Her short, neatly trimmed human finger and toenails are replaced by small, pointed, deadly looking claws on her hands and feet/paws. As with all lycanthrope, Paryun walks upright and retains human like attributes when walking, etc.

Clothing: Paryun wears a robe of a unusual design that leaves her shoulders and upper arms exposed. The robe is navy blue in colour with light blue trim, which matches her eye colour, at the neckline, hem, and waist. The robe has a thick ring of blonde-white fur at the neckline as well. Paryun wears coverings on her lower arms, the colour the same as her robes. The arm coverings are trimmed in thick white fur. Paryun wears a long sleeved, knee length outer robe like garment made from a durable fabric. This garment is navy blue in colour with no trilm at the neckline, waist, cuffs or hem.

Other: A small silver locket on a thin silver chain, worn about her neck. Inside the locket is a picture/sketch of she and her family.

    Equipment: Spell-book.

Weaponry: Her staff, pictured, and a small dagger, not pictured.

    Other: None.

History: Paryun was born in the city of Felbas, during the early spring of one rainier then usual year. It came of a shock to her father when his youngest child turned out to be a lycanthrope, a species that Amoux St Claire did not care for in general... This was until little Paryun was born... then the dislike turned to outright loathing, as it was painfully obvious that his supposedly faithful wife had shared a intimate encounter(s) with a Shishithrope pure blood... it was assumed... Although he now despised lycanthrope, Amoux never laid a hand on his youngest daughter, for he hadn’t time. Amoux St Clair left his home the very night Paryun was born. Amoux became a bounty hunter, working for many people, including those whom wished to acquire lycanthrope for their experiment(s).

Paryun’s mother stayed in Felbas, where she raised her child as best she could. Due to her family’s long history in the priesthood, and the city she lived in, Illyasviel was able to raise Paryun in a friendlier environment then the child would otherwise have had. Almost as son as she could walk, young Paryun was ushered in to the priesthood, at her mother's request. It was Illyasviel's hope that the occupation would allow Paryun to survive and work in a environment suited to her temperament and inherited talents, as it was apparent that Paryun did not have the temperament to be a hunter, bounty or otherwise, and had a keen affinity for magic(s).

The story of Paryun began long before her birth. The events which would ultimately lead her to become a priestess were set in motion generations before. The first members of her family to be priests or priestesses were Paryun’s great, great, great grandmother Azame and her husband Amoux. Amoux was the first to become a priest then Azame was later joined him. The pair proved themselves to be quick learners and adept with magic, and thus they rose steadily through the ranks and eventually they became the most well known priest and priestess in the region. This allowed the family to begin to acquire a good deal of wealth and they eventually were able to have a large home constructed in Felbas’s most prestigious section.

Generation passed and Paryun’s grandmother and grandfather, Faoiltiama and Felan continued the family tradition after the death of Amoux, due to a sickness, much like the flu, and the subsequent retirement of Azame from the priesthood. Faoiltiama and Felan both served as priest(s) until their death(s). Felan was killed in a freak accident involving a runaway horse and carriage. Faoiltiama lost her life a few months after the death of her husband when she fell ill, and was unable to recover in spite of no expense(s) being spared.

Following their untimely deaths, Faoiltiama’s child, Amoux, was raised until adulthood by his aunt and uncle, Cera and Blayyden, respectively. Cera was a priestess and her, slightly older husband, Blayyden, was a merchant. . At the age of eighteen, Amoux met and married Illyasviel Debrusc Minsi. Shortly thereafter, Illyasviel bore Amoux a child, Paryun. The name of Paryun’s true father was never known, though a lycanthrope who looked much like, Paryun, was killed a month after her birth. As for Amoux, he died when a sailing ship he was traveling on was lost at sea during a hurricane.

Following her mother’s death, Paryun has stayed in Felbas. She thought, all be it briefly, of going some place else, but where was she to go? Felbas was first and foremost her home. It was where she had grown up was the place where she now plied her trade, as her family had before her. No other city, Paryun was sure , would treat her as well, though Felbas was by no means close to a being a utopia. So Paryun stayed in Felbas. Her life, while not horrible by most means, was now less then happy, as Paryun was effectively alone, as her older sister, Clarissa, had nothing to do with her. The sisters had never been close, and their mother’s death had freed Clarissa from having to act as nicely to Paryun as she had been.

This was not to say that Paryun did not have friends. Paryun had one close friend, a fellow priestess and childhood friend named, Eila. Eila was human, but she did not share the biases that many others did, being more open minded, perhaps, then some. Paryun eventually invited Eila to live with her; as Clarissa was married, and thus no longer lived at home. Clarissa, immediately after the death of her and Paryun’s mother, had tried to have their family home sold, and or to have Paryun removed from the home. The matter dragged on for several long year(s), until Paryun was forced out.

Having money of her own, from savings and what was left her, Paryun acquired a small home on the seaward-side of Felbas. This is where she currently resided with Eila, until her friend was wed to a local carpenter; Paryun has, partly of her own choosing, and partly through the actions of others, become even less outgoing then she already has, and although her core is still kind, traces of bitterness and hate for some other races have emerged in Paryun’s persona. Paryun threw herself in to her work even more then ever before, using this as a means to distract herself from other things. In doing so, Paryun is already close to her late mother’s skill level, which was said to rival any priest's or priestess's on Chrysanthia.

Kuraesu enjoys long walks through the forest, or along rivers, lakes, beaches, etc.

She likes to watch the sun rise and set, rain fall, or snow fall, though the latter from indoors, unless she is out with someone, or a group.

What she might be doing when not around: She likes learning new skills and trying them out in the field, and will happily group up with someone to take on a monster. Could also be found sitting somewhere alone just thinking.

    Personality:
Kuraesu is a free spirited creature, as is a common trait among elin. Her overall personality is one of a kind, gentle, caring creature, who enjoys being happy and making others happy. However, Kuraesu has a more aggressive side to her personality which emerges in battle, and or when she is protecting someone, or something she cares about, especially when it comes to protection of the land, the protection of nature, as it were. Kuraesu has traits of the fox in her personality, being a quick thinking, wise, and very capable of being quite clever and mischievous. Kuraesu is a very loyal friend, and makes friends easily, but should one manage to make a enemy of the friendly fox, said person would have a long road to travel to reverse their standing as a enemy with Kuraesu.

    History:

Kureaesu, or Kura to her friends and, was born, as it were for lack of a better term, early one morning as the star filled sky over Pora Elinu sparkled with the light which only that land, of all the lands of Aborea possess. The golden blonde haired, sky blue eyes Fox's first memory was that of several faces looking down at her as her eyes slowly opened and she turned her head to look slowly about her. One of those was a face she would come to know very well as the years passed, that being the warrior, Tamao, who was two years older then Kuraesu. And so Kuraesu's life began.

The life of Kuraesu was fairly uneventful at first. She would spend many days merely helping out as best she could around her beloved home of Pora Elinu. She was helped at times by Tamao, when the warrior was not away training or otherwise occupied, which at least early on left them a little more time then would be afforded to the young elin later. Kuraesu was content to help with such things as gardening, taking care of Pora Elinu itself, delivering messages within the elin capitol and even, on rare occasions, watching over a small herd of sheep, though she only did so on two separate occasions, as she was wanto to chase after any monster who came near and leave the poor shep unguarded against other foes.

It was found early on that Kuraesu had the skills which would set her on the path of being a spell caster, more specifically, a sorcerer. Some years into her young life, she began to attend Eldritch Academy to receive the training offered there by the witches of Vadoma, who taight young girls the art of magic. It was there that Kuraesu's magic potential began to truly reveal itself and the young fox elin was quick to show herself one to study hard and learn things, and learn she did at a fast rate, seeming to pick up new and or difficult task with relative ease and keep at the work until she had perfected it to the best of her ability. Among her classmates was Tamao, and later a young elin who would journey down the path of being a priest, Toriera.

Toriera would arrive at the academy several years after Kuraesu, thee same year that Tamao would first leave for the federation capitol of Velika, in order to receive more training from the warrior instructors there. Tamao would, however, return often to see her two closest friends, and the three of them shared many happy times together, doing such little things as giving each other baths, washing each other's hair and tails, talking about what they had learned in their various studies, or just simply enjoying a nicr quiet meal together. Kuraesu and Toriera would listen with rapt attention as Tamao told of her training and adventures, even if they thought the other fox was apt to exagerate a little. They forgave her, of course, for her company and stories were always most welcome and entertaining to them.

But sadly, of course, such happy carefree times never last for young beings, and such was the case with Kuraesu, Tamao, and Toriera. The threat of the Argon and other menace made Tamao's visits a little less frequent as she busied herself with her training and was assigned to progressively more difficult regions throughout the various continents of Aborea. She would return to see her dear friends, though, with tales of the many monsters she slew and how she had done so, always finishing with the thought she was happy to see her friends again. One tale she did not tell her best friends, for it had yet to happen, and it would change her and their lives forever.

The event which would change Kuraesu's life, however, was to happen before that of Tamao. After she had learned all she could from the witches of Eldritch Academy, the young and promising sorcerer was sent to Velika to study under the sorcerer trainers there. While there, she resided with Tamao in a rented home, while each saved and worked to acquire a permanent home. Early one morning as she was climbing about on one of the mountains surrounding Velika, Kuraesu slipped on a outcropping of rock, which was still damp and slick from a earlier rain. And so she fell, to her death one would rightly say, but one would, in this case, be so very, very mistaken.

She lay there, watching the vast expanse of blue sky overhead, watching as a lone eagle soared high overhead, in search of food, she would muse silently. She would think of her beloved home, Pora Elinu, and her dear friends, believing she would never see them again as her eys slid closed and darkness, black as the night, took her. But Kuraesu was not o die, not that day, and not forever, as she would learn later. She would awake later, in pain and confused, seeing no sign of her fall, save for her torn clothing and the drying stains of her blood upon the rock where her body and head had struck so forcefully some time before. It was some time after this that Kuraesu would come to know of the sister hood and begin to learn of her gift and all the things it meant to her.

Kuraesu would come to reside in the Lust Manor with the other sisters who shared her gift. She would continue to work and train, fighting monsters as needed and doing her best to have a normal life in the midst of the world of chaos which was now Aborea. Life was and is not all doom and gloom, of course, and there are many good times which outweighed the bad for Kuraesu, who also became the head of housekeeping at the manor as a way to help the other sisters, because she wished to, feeling a strong sense of loyalty to the order, along with her ever present wish to be helpful in any way she could. Her friend, Tamao, joined her some time later, having also discovered she was gifted as was her friend. And another person would enter the young sorcerer's life, a very special ram by the name of Kikuyo, who became Kuraesu's first true partner.
