Kingdom of Heartless -REDUX RP

Xanon quickly dodged Kiyoshi's fireball and was forced backwards by the blade of Benito. He slid and regained his balance then took deep breath. These fools have gotten stronger then before. And this heartless is different then the ones I usually create. Xanon thought as he watched Kiyoshi meld into the ground. I only need the heartless that i recently awakened to weaken The Darkness so I can capture it and use it to my own advantage. But If these guys were to stop the recently awakened heartless... Benito caught Xanon looking towards Leviathan and waved his sword to get his attention. "Hey! You should be worrying about me! I'm your current opponent!" Ito manipulated the small puddle of water that Xanon was standing on to make him slightly lose his balance. Then he quickly ran towards Xanon and locked his sword between his keyblade. "That's cheap." Xanon muttered in frustration. "Anything goes in a fight." Ito said with a smirk on his face. He looked beyond Xanon's face to see Luna slowly approaching with her gunblade drawn out. "Especially when it's against the likes of you!" Benito yelled and used all his remaining strength to push Xanon back to lose his balance. Luna struck Xanon's back causing a big rip in the back of Xanon's black robe. "AAHH!" Xanon yelled out in pain and instinctively used Aeroga around him to blast Benito and Luna away from him. That's a hit! "Good one Luna!" Benito yelled out to her as he got up. Xanon was on one knee, but then he rose as if the strike did nothing to him.

"That was good..." Xanon pulled off his robe and under it was Keyblade armor which had a big scratch on the back of it done by Luna. Luna's attack had penetrated his armor, but the robe plus the armor had stopped her attack from any fatal injuries. "Not gonna lie.. You almost had me there." Xanon said with his usual smirk. A bright light flashed on Xanon's body and he was now wearing a helmet along with his Keyblade armor. I never thought I would be forced to show my full suit of armor. But the battle begins now. Xanon's keyblade flashed from the ground and appeared into his hand and he turned around to face Luna and started walking towards her. "Oh no you don't." Benito quickly ran and jumped over Xanon, who raised his keyblade and was about to strike Luna, and deflected the oncoming attack with a front flip and landed perfectly facing Luna. He turned around and locked his sword with Xanon's keyblade again. "Your not touching her." Ito grunted, struggling against Xanon's new found strength.

Taki was grateful that Karuki didn't say anything on their way up to the roof - she wouldn't be able to find any words to say anyways. Too many thoughts and feelings were running through her mind, yet she felt numb at the same time. One instant she was overwhelmed with anger for The Darkness or heartbroken over her family, and the next she felt it didn't even matter if The Darkness suddenly appeared and killed her in that instant. Keep yourself together, things are going to get much more chaotic right away.... she thought while biting her lip - the simple act somewhat kept her grounded in reality.

As Karuki and Taki reached the roof of the building it was clear that things were, indeed, chaos. Through the bursts of magic and swings of blades, she could make out their allies, along with Xanon and two other menacing heartless. That included THE Heartless; the other she assumed was Rieus...well what used to be him. These additional problems seemed petty to her, as her focus was on The Darkness. Intense emotion at the sight of the black being left her hands shaking while she muttered a string of nearly indistinguishable curses towards it. On impulse, she ran in its direction. "HEY, YOU HEARTLESS #@$&! WHY DON'T YOU LEAVE OUR MUTATED RIEUS ALONE AND COME DOWN HERE SO I CAN RIP YOUR WORTHLESS BODY TO SHREADS?" Her direct provocation definitely wasn't the stealthiest way to confront The Heartless, but Taki didn't care. She waited much too long for this moment - she couldn't wait any longer.

((OOC: I'm guessing The Darkness and Rieus are still floating in the air....AHAHAH otherwise that up there wouldn't make any sense!))

Seeing that the main battle was going fairly smoothly , Kiyoshi bides his time waiting for a good time to strike. When that time came, he launched himself out from the ground and toward's Rieus's back. Against his better judgement, he aims for where his heart should be (the left one of course) and drives the keyblade through it, only then did he whisper that he better be right about his plan. He pulls his blade out and jumps off of Rieus after producing a fireball designed to miss Ri, but more importantly providing some more light which is very much needed going by what Ri said.

He quickly turns to face the Darkness while he was still in the air and fires a thin stream of lightning from his keyblade at it; yet another new ability that came to his mind. He couldn't quite place it, but merely being in a battlefield seemed to stir up dormant abilities. It was clear to him at this point that his form was made to fight with the trickery being a side effect of his much weaker form.

Luna landed on her back right beside the edge of the roof; knocking the breath out of her lungs and scaring her. As she climbed to her feet, Luna tried to gain back the air that had left her body. Just as she stood up and took a deep breath, Xanon started toward her; fully equip in new armour. Watching Benito come to her aid, Luna smiled; thankful for the extra moment to refill her lungs. Seeing Benito struggling with Xanon, Luna examined the situation quickly, looking for the best way to help. She noted that Xanon had turned his attention on her, even though he had never seemed to notice her existence before. That must mean my blade did something he didn't appreciate. Almost oblivious to the heartless fight happening near them, Luna crouched down and crept forward; Trying to keep behind Ito and hidden from Xanon. Once she was close enough, Luna placed her hand on Ito's back to let him know she is behind him. Shifting her gunblade, Luna slid her hand onto Ito's left shoulder and raised her blade. To most, it would seem like Luna was stabbing Ito in the back. In reality, Luna slid her blade past Benito's right side (between his arm and torso), tip of her blade heading toward Xanon. Luna hoped her gunblade was strong enough to penetrate Xanon's armor. Her only other option at the moment was to shoot the bullet loaded in her gun if her blade touched the armour, although she would not fire unless the tip touched her target, ensuring she wouldn't miss like last time.

The Darkness quickly maneuvered around Kiyoshi's lightning bolt and was about to charge towards him until it heard the angry rant of Taki back on the rooftop. It turned towards her and began to rant right back at her. "A LITTLE GIRL LIKE YOU? YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT A BEING LIKE ME?" The Darkness spread out it's arms to show that it was controlling gravity. "YOU DON'T KNOW MY POWER!" The Darkness' Zero Graviga was beginning to wear off and it was starting to drift down towards the rooftop. The Darkness dropped down across the rooftop from Taki and began to walk towards her, recognizing her as the little girl years ago. "YOU ARE POWERLESS COMPARED TO ME..." The Darkness' voice was both deep and high pitched as usual, but not as loud. "YOU ARE THE WEAKEST OF THIS LITTLE GROUP...ALL YOU CAN DO IS RUN AWAY AND HOPE THAT ONE OF YOUR 'FRIENDS' CAN PROTECT YOU." The Darkness walked closer and closer to Taki. "YOUR WHOLE EXISTENCE IS A LIE. YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE THE ATTACK ON YOUR TINY VILLAGE. BUT DON'T WORRY..I CAN BRING YOU TO THE PLACE WHERE YOUR PARENTS AND LOVED ONES ARE...." The Darkness readied it's sword and was preparing to swing as it got a few feet closer to her. "YOU JUST HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES.....AND MAKE THIS QUICK!!" The Darkness quickly jumped towards Taki and swung it's blade towards her neck to make a quick clean decapitation.

Benito felt the careful hand of Luna slide across his back as he struggled to keep Xanon back. Luna...what are you... Ito slightly felt Luna's gunblade on his right side and found out what she was trying to do. I see....If that's the case then... Benito brought his sword down and with it came Xanon's keyblade. Ito unlocked his sword from Xanon's keyblade and swung at his blade. He struck it hard enough for Xanon to lose grip and he quickly flipped over Xanon. While in mid-air, Benito used Graviga on his and Xanon's weapons to make them flat and unable to pick up. "You imbecile..what are you doin.." Before Xanon could finish comprehending what Ito was doing, He put his arms around Xanon's neck to keep him in a headlock. In front of him and Xanon was Luna who was aiming her gunblade at them both. "Take the shot!" Ito screamed, trying to hold Xanon down which was much harder then it looked. I hope his armor is strong enough to prevent me from getting shot...I mean if it goes through it that's good for us but...well not for me. Ito only had time for quick irrational thinking and this was the first idea that came to mind.

'Let's go Xanon!' Ito stood next to Kiyoshi. 'We could use the help!' Benito said, directed at Karuki. Karuki quickly then began to analyze what he could do to be the most effective in the situation. Then Ruki noticed Luna creep into the scene, and then carefully planned and executed an attack on Xanon. 'AAHH!' Xanon exclaimed as he rose back up. 'That was good,' he said, pulling off his keyblade-armor to reveal it's condition; however, Xanon himself seemed to be unhurt from Luna's strike. As Xanon then went to attack Luna, Karuki glanced at the event almost fearfully; being too far away to do anything -- but he was quickly relieved immensely when Benito jumped forward to protect her. 'You're not touching her!' Good work, Ito.

Karuki looked up at the heartless, and then Taki absurdly, understandably, and spontaneously began to rage towards the heartless. I understand your pain.... Ruki growled quietly. He didn't know what to do first - go for Xanon, or the heartless. Then, Ki launched from the ground towards what appears to be a spinoff of Rieus, and stabs him in the heart with his keyblade before jumping off. Kiyoshi creates a fireball for light, and then fired a lightning strike. Suddenly, Karuki remembered that he too, had learned how to create lightning, as well as other magic moves. Ruki looked back at Luna, Ito, and Xanon, and saw Luna stabbing Benito in the back... or so it appeared at first. But Ruki knew she was going for Xanon.

Turning his focus back to The Darkness because the others were taking care of Xanon, Karuki began to get angry. He spun his keyblade in his hand a few times, while the heartless spoke to Taki. 'A LITTLE GIRL LIKE YOU? YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT A BEING LIKE ME?.. YOU DON'T KNOW MY POWER!' The Darkness dropped down across the rooftop from Taki and began to advance towards her. 'YOU ARE POWERLESS COMPARED TO ME... YOU ARE THE WEAKEST OF THIS LITTLE GROUP... ALL YOU CAN DO IS RUN AWAY AND HOPE THAT ONE OF YOUR "FRIENDS" CAN PROTECT YOU' Karuki scowled, his face expressing disgust. "YOU'RE A PATHETIC LIAR. YOU ARE WORTHLESS, AND WEAK... AND THE POWER OF LIGHT CAN OVERCOME ANY DARKNESS." Karuki spat, his keyblade radiating brighter than usual. And you don't know Taki... if any of us humans were worthy of being brave... I would pick her.

The Darkness got closer to her. 'YOUR WHOLE EXISTENCE IS A LIE. YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE THE ATTACK ON YOUR TINY VILLAGE. BUT DON'T WORRY.. I CAN BRING YOU TO THE PLACE WHERE YOUR PARENTS AND LOVED ONES ARE....' Karuki swung his blade in front of him and growled deeply and menacingly. OVER MY DEAD BODY!! 'YOU JUST HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES..... AND MAKE THIS QUICK!!' The Darkness quickly jumped towards Taki and swung it's blade towards her neck. I'LL SHOW YOU QUICK! Karuki's determination caused an adrenaline rush so high, and his actions were so passionately motivated, that before he could take a second to think he was already reacting to the heartless' attempt at decapitating Taki's head. He pounced forward and threw himself in front of her, bringing his keyblade up to deflect the heartless' move. Not having enough time to be more precise, Karuki got hurt in the process, bruising and leaving a partially deep wound on his shoulder while causing his left suspender fall down at his side. He let out a gasp of pain. But, knowing how important this fight was and how long Taki had been hunting the disgusting bastard to avenge her beautiful parents, Karuki didn't take any time to recover and launched himself forward abusing and deflecting the large deadly heartless with all his might; little flashes of red and white sparks propelling from his keyblade as he made contact with the heartless. He was enraged with anger, his pure passion for justice, and his pure passion for Taki. Nothing could slow him down now, if he could help it. In the midst of his violent rage, if there is anything that crossed Karuki's mind, it was the promise he made to his love. The promise that they would defeat this Darkness alongside one another, and that she wouldn't be alone in this battle.

Floating to the ground, Kiyoshi prepared to take on the Darkness, only for it to start ranting at Taki. Unsure at where this was going, he allows the Darkness to continue as he got into a better position, but soon, 'YOU ARE THE WEAKEST OF THIS LITTLE GROUP.' Kiyoshi stopped dead in his tracks.

He wasn't sure why, but everything that was happening around him started to fade to black. Kiyoshi didn't know much about Taki, but weak sure wasn't one of them, he was sure of it. 'YOU ARE POWERLESS COMPARED TO ME... YOU ARE THE WEAKEST OF THIS LITTLE GROUP... ALL YOU CAN DO IS RUN AWAY AND HOPE THAT ONE OF YOUR "FRIENDS" CAN PROTECT YOU!'
He twitched. This good for nothing son of a b***ch knows NOTHING about Taki! If anyone in this group decided to fight Kiyoshi at some point, it would be her! This fact honestly should make Ki worried, but it only made him madder at the Darkness.

The scene before him got a little bigger when Karuki yelled in retaliation to the Darkness, but it simply ignored him. This was when Ki slowly started to walk forward as his human self took more control of his current body then usual. 'YOUR WHOLE EXISTENCE IS A LIE. YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE THE ATTACK ON YOUR TINY VILLAGE.'
Kiyoshi picked up the pace, little did he know was that he was moving almost in sync with Ruki, 'YOU JUST HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES..... AND MAKE THIS QUICK!!'
Kiyoshi yelled as his own motives took over. It was a simple motive that involved friends and while he wasn't on the best of terms with Taki, she was still one of the few he has ever since he was turned into a Heartless.

At the last moment, he notices Ruki deflected the Darkness' attack at the cost of a deep wound. Ki quickly changes his attack approach and spins in an attempt to separate the Darkness' torso from it's legs. It would be deep enough to go through it, but not so far as to scratch Ruki in the process. A perfect, last second team attack, "YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TAKI!"
