As different as you want. Like I said maybe in one Frieza didn't destroy the Saiyans, maybe in another He did. Maybe Goku clompeted his mission when he was sent to earth. There all the same, but with different turning points.

Marcus Craven, born Edwin Maze, is the currently the most powerful Human on Earth. Hailing from a universe where the Saiyans and Frieza destroyed each other and where King Piccolo managed to kill a young Goku in their final confrontation. In such a universe, young Marcus (who still went by Edwin) had recently discovered his Ki abilities, joined a group of Ki powered humans whose sole purpose was to kill King Piccolo and destroy the Red Ribbon Army. After a short and bloody battle, King Piccolo was killed and much of the Red Ribbon Army destroyed. The group was hailed as heroes by the world; some stayed in the limelight, while other like Marcus (who changed his name after the battle) went into hiding. Unfortunately, with no master to teach or temper him, Marcus became obsessed with his Ki abilites and power after the battle. After training for several years, Marcus returned to the public’s eye by hunting down and killing many of the surviving members of the group that killed King Piccolo. Proclaiming himself the strongest human to ever live he assumed the role as guardian of the Earth he continually clashes with others seeking to replace him or dethrone him.
Being so much more vastly powerful than contemporary warriors, Marcus stopped training for a long time, only recently have two warriors been able to rival him, one that almost beat him, the other almost killed him. More than stunned Marcus quickly started to retrain himself.

Psycho-Lance- A small, medium length stream of violet Ki energy, piercing attack.
Time to charge: 2 minutes
Pulling one arm back at the elbow (like this >) and placing his other hand on top focuses energy around the cocked arm, when sufficiently charged, he thrusts his arm out and launches the lance like attack, cannot change course is a dumb-fire attack.
Power level: 7,500

Psycho-Sheild- A defensive shield of violet Ki, surrounds user.
Time to charge: 1.5 minutes
Placing both hands in front and side by side, the user channels Ki into their palms and condenses it, releasing the built up pressure into a bubble that surrounds the user.
Power level- 6,000

Psycho-Dagger- A red/violet razor sharp solid projection of Ki.
Time to Charge- 2 Minutes
Placing his hand in front and parallel to him, and gripping the wrist of said hand with the other, the user focuses Ki at the top of the holding hand, eventually letting it extend to cover the entire parallel hand. Can extend at user’s will by half a foot. Can be “thrown” by thrusting the hand forward and adding a burst of Ki to the dagger to launch it. An additional burst in flight allows the dagger to detonate into an exsplosion.
Power level- 6,500

Psycho-Cannon- A large beam of red, blue and violet Ki
Time to charge- 3 Minutes
Marcus' most recently aquired attack; based on the Kamehahmeha attack, Marcus extends his arms outward from his side. Pointing his hands up he focuses Ki into his palms, when enough energy is charged, he brings his wrists together infront of him and his palms pointing at his target then he unleashes the attack.
Power level- Unkown

Appearance: A white ball of energy, crackling with electricity
Charge Time: Rougly a few minutes
Hand movements: Payre has to first extend one hand outward, clenching it into a fist. He then pulls his arm in, forming the ball of energy in his palm. He then fires it by thrusting his arm outward.
Power Level of attack: 10'000

Name: Warp Shield
Appearance: A sphere of white and blue energy that covers Payre's entire body
Charge time: It takes just over a minute to accumulate all the energy needed for a full powered shield.
Hand Movements: Payre crosses his arms, drawing in the energy. He the thrusts both arms outward, creating the energy shield
Power Level of attack: 7500

Short History: Payre was the son of a mighty Space-Pirate leader. They roamed the universe, taking what they pleased when they pleased. Life was easy as in his universe, Frieza and his entire species were never born. This lifestyle meant that Payre was almost always knee-deep in enemies.It was this lifestyle that made him strong.

He quickly exceeded all the other Pirates in terms of strength, even his own father. His father, was proud that his boy had grown so strong, and on his death bed fulfilled an ancient family tradition, passing the title of Captain onto his son before his death.

Whats with all the 1-2 minute charge up times for most of your signature moves? I can see some of them being 10 seconds instead. (Example, Kamehameha only takes about 12 seconds to charge, maybe 20 tops.)

And sorry about the history, I still can't think of a really good one.

Note: I'm not going to list the Majin abilities as they should be common knowledge by now and I don't need to list them. (Examples are their amazing regeneration/body manipulation, Candy Beam, ext...)

Name of Attack: Fusion Punch
Appearance: A powerful punch with electricity surrounding the fist.
Time to Charge: 8 seconds with her saying "Fusion Punch" while charging/unleashing.
Hand Movements: Light makes a fist, pulls it behind her to charge energy while she says "Fusion". She then unleashes the punch to whoever is unlucky enough to be in front of her while saying "Punch!"
Note: Needs melee range to work. If the target is hit and survives, they will be shrunk for a short amount of time.

Name of Attack: Imbue
Appearance: None
Time to charge: 12 seconds
Hand Movements: Light points at the object she wishes to imbue strength or speed upon.
Note: This ability is like a Kaio-Ken in that it increases the strength/speed of whoever she imbues. It does not injure the target at all and is only temporary. She can use it on herself.

Name of Attack: Calming Aura
Appearance: N/A
Time to Charge: Passive
Hand Movements: N/A
Note: This ability calms anyone down who is within 10 meters of Light, including Light herself.

Name of Attack: Shield of Twilight (NOT THE BOOK)
Appearance: An orange barrier that looks like twilight surrounding her.
Time to Charge: 8 Seconds
Hand movements: Light holds her hands above her and moves them down drawing a circle in the air around her.
Note: A simple Ki barrier, but it can reflect weak attacks back at the attacker.

Short History: Light was one of the Majin, a race that started when Majin Buu absorbed the two supreme Kai and became his 'fat' form and destroyed Bibidi seeing him for what he was. After Bibidi's destruction, Buu made himself a wife and started the Majin race.

Light herself was a Majin who was invited into the multiverse tournament as she was lucky enough to find someone who was part of the tournament as well. Even though she is a Majin, she seems to hold a past shrouded in shadow that may or may not say otherwise...
