When have you known me to be unprepared, TopHat? As soon as I can find the proper pic, I'll have a character sheet posted.

Hey song! Good to see ya, mate! And dear me... what's all this about "finding pics"? We're still all Heromachiners, are we not?!

Yes, I'm very much so a Heromachiner, still! Thing is, it seems as though Anarch and TopHat have already posted pics of their characters, which are anime-esque. Posting a Heromachine character, it would be harder for me to picture that art style alongside another, if that makes sense.

But what the heck, I'll post a Heromachine character, anyway.

Well, I just got a lil' lazy lately. Might use HM3 for some other RP's in the future.

    Name: Gabriella 'Gabby' Dupree
    Alter Ego: Bastet
    Age: 19
    Gender: Female
    Powers/skills:
Enhanced sense of hearing, sight, smell, and taste. (human and were form)
Enhanced speed and agility (human and were form)
Cat-like reflexes (human and were form)
Retractable claws (human and were form)
Enhanced healing factor (human and were form)
Were-panther form (mostly for show, no added abilities)

    Background:

    "Well, what's her name?"
"She doesn't have one, sir. Someone left her on our doorstep when she was just a newborn, had her birth certificate inside of the blanket she was rolled up in."
"And there was no name on the birth certificate?"
"No, ma'am. This one's been nameless for what will be ten years, tomorrow."
    "So, her birthday's tomorrow?"
    "Yes, sir..."

The frightened orphan girl trembled in a lonely corner of the dimly lit room. St. Rose's Orphanage had been her place of residency for ten years now, and her hell for a little less than that. Since the age of four, she was constantly picked on by other children, slept in a piss-stained bed that no one would bother to replace, or, at the very least, wash, eat horrible food (not that she ever knew what good food tasted like), and now she had to sit and watch these grown-ups look at her through a reinforced glass window and point at her as if she were in a damn zoo. She hardly blamed them, since she was so used to people treating her like some sort of animal.

For a quick second, the nameless little girl had looked away from the window. When she looked back, the three adults were nowhere to be found. Suddenly, she heard footsteps approaching her door, multiple ones. Then, out of nowhere, voices. What could possibly be next?

"Mr. and Mrs. Dupree, are you both certain that you want to do this?" The husband looked at his wife, who was smiling from ear-to-ear. Now smiling himself, he looked back over at the nun, took in a deep breath and gave his final decision. "We're completely sure. Now, if you would be so kind as to open the door, we'd like to take that little girl home." The nun stared in disbelief. "She'll be back, right back here playing dodge ball with the others kid in the abandoned lot, ridden with broken glass.", thought the "woman of God" to herself. Cracking a questionable smile and nodding her head, the wicked nun opened the door. "Right this way, Mr. and Mrs. Dupree."

Light began to peek into the room. Could this be happening? Could someone be coming for her? The young one began to give a slight smile. Would she finally be out of this horrible place? Would she finally have a home, a family? Mr. and Mrs. Dupree stared at the young one as she stared back at them. There was a brief silence before Mrs. Dupree left her husband's side to join the little girl's at her own. For the first time in her life, the lonely orphan felt warmth. Kneeling down in front of the young Louisianan girl, Mrs. Dupree parted her lips to speak, her voice sounding like one of an angel in a place of such torment.

"Hey there, pretty girl." The orphan girl gave a shy smile, and turned a hardly recognizable shade of purple. Was she blushing? "That nice lady over by the door, she tells me that it's your birthday, tomorrow." The little girl said nothing. She didn't even know when her birthday was, which left her unable to confirm Mrs. Dupree's words for herself. "My husband and I, we've come up with an amazing idea.", said Mrs. Dupree, the already rather wide smile growing wider and wider as she continued on. "Would you like a nice home for your birthday? Maybe a mommy and daddy to take care of you, too?" Suddenly, for the first time in years, the orphan slowly parted her lips. For the first time in years, she spoke a full sentence. "Do we have to wait until tomorrow?" A tear rolled down her left cheek, and, at that exact moment, the same was true for Mrs. Dupree and an onlooking Mr. Dupree. The nun, not so much. "Well, let's just sign the papers and get this over with, shall we?" With a forced smile, the less than pleased nun led the way to the main office. Within mere moments, the once imprisoned orphan was free from her hell of many years. She was free to live happily ever after,....at least that's how it ends in the fairy tales.

    Name: Unknown
    Alter Ego: Agita
    Age: Unknown - presumed 23
    Gender: Female

    Powers: Biomancy

    Inflict Pain
Agita takes control of the target's sense of touch, able to manipulate it to cause the illusion of pain or injury. This could be as simple as a headache, or the feeling of being burnt, or even of being crippled. It has no real effect on the body of the target, and if they look they won't see any damage or feel it once Agita has stopped.

    Bio-lighting

Electricity courses through the body and shoots out of the fingertips in a flash of purple lightning. This is Agita's most physically dangerous ability, though it drains he power quickly. A standard bolt is enough to stun (or knock out if affecting the head or heart), a stronger bolt can do serious damage (and send them flying as the body spasms), and the strongest bolt she can muster can kill a normal human instantly. Using more than a standard bolt is draining - after a strong bolt she can't use any powers for several minutes, and can't use a bolt again for an hour. Using the strongest blast she won't be able to use any powers for a day, and a bolt for a week, along with being too physically drained to move properly for almost an hour.

    Nearsense
As Agita is blind, she uses her mind to probe the surrounding area to see what is there. She can get a detailed feel of all objects and people, and the sense is all around her, sensing even objects within other objects. The range is about 10m for detail, and 50m for simple dectection (so she knows where she is going). A target of her Inflict Pain must be picked up by her Nearsense in detail (so within 10m)

    Alter Form

Agita can change her physical appearence, including clothing, to however she wants. A change takes 10 minutes to perform, and if she is copying a person, she must have some DNA to work with. She cannot alter her form to heal injuries, though she may hide them (though lost limbs are obvious). She can make it appear that she has eyes, but she is still blind

    Background:
Agita has only been around for 5 years, and no one has any records of her existence before that. She says that she can’t remember anything from before that time, but no one is sure if she’s telling the truth. She was sourced out in Japan, when there were reports of a strange blind female gaijin walking around. She was taken into protection by the police, but a few weeks after this her powers began to surface. All people with knowledge of her in the area were dead within the week, and the records destroyed. Unfortunately for her, some documents had been sent elsewhere, so she tracked them across to Russia.

From there, some reports slipped of her presence in Europe, though she as still a mystery. Eventually she stopped for a while in Poland, where she set up her first laboratory to do experiments. Soon the League tracked down this interesting person they had heard about, and she agreed to work for them if they could supply her with a lab and what she needs for her tests.

She is blind, and covers her eyes at all times. The reason why she will only say is connected to her powers, which she has appeared to have from when she was found. Over the years she worked many different infiltration cases, and shown that she doesn’t just rely on her powers – she is an expert with knifes. Finding her with a gun is something that will not happen except in the most extreme of circumstances.

Agita owns another hidden laboratory, which she keeps stocked with ‘test subjects’ for many new and varied toxins and drugs. One thing she has been working on for over a year now as a side project is a regeneration drug, though its results have been giving some rather strange side-effects.

She is fluent in a number of languages; aside from english she knows French, Spanish, German, Russian, Polish, Japanese and some Arabic. She was able to speak these when she was found.

Loss is acceptable, failure is not.
Even a man who has nothing can still offer his life.

Slith, if you could give some info on how she ended up in the League of Assassins, and I'll accept.
