Mark closed the truck door as he let out a disappointed moan, he was bummed that he couldn't join his new roommate for a night on the town, but he only had the truck for till midnight. All his things were loaded onto a small dolly, which he leaned back to get moving, then headed inside. A rush of cold wind swept across the front of the building as Mark grabbed the door handle, a chill rushed down his spine. He rushed quickly to stairs, an obstacle he had forgotten about completely. There was only one option, he would need to make quite a few trips up and down the flight to get everything where it needed to be.

Almost an hour later, long after another new face had walked right on by, but everything was finally at the top, just outside his new dwelling. Mark sat down against the door, laying his head back against it and sighing before getting up and walking inside for the second time. He needed to find a place to put all of his crap, he needed to figure out which room was his. He opened the first door, there was a stranger in the bed, his story's own little Goldie Locks. He went over next to the girl, kneeling over, "Excuse me, um, hello?" He whispered.
Crystal woke up startled half to death. She shot out of bed, "Holy crap!" Crystal glared at him. She thought for a moment it was some creeper, then she remembered that it might have been one of her roommates. "You are, Mark yes? I just moved in here, didn't you get the notice I was on my way?"
Crystal kind of liked how he looked, maybe her roommates wouldn't be so bad after all.

Molly had now finished putting her clothes in a chest of drawers. She stepped back and looked around her small room and sighed as she then pushed her empty suitcase under her bed.
With not much grace nor dignity, she flopped down onto her bed. The remaining Maneki cats were lined up next to eachother on part of the long shelf that wound it's way along the walls of her bedroom.
I wonder when my roomies are gonna be back... she said silently (means in her head XD), before standing and grabbing a bourbon cream out of the packet sat atop her bedside table.
"Really? Thank you too Polly!" Alex said hugging her too... It would be awesome living with another GLBT person, and it was a bonus she was a girl, certainly eliminated a whole lot of awkwardness.
"This is gonna be the best right guys!, C'mon lets go get your Roomies and Molly too and lets go!" Alex said jumping up.". He left a tip on the table and dragged everyone back to the apartment.

Fox laughed, letting alex dragg him most of the ways to the apartment, when they were almost there he hooked arms with his new friends and skipped, screaming"Were Off to see the wizard!.." He crackled at the faces of other passersby. Once they finally got to their flat, he took a deep breah and screamed, "Who's ready to PAAARRRTAYY!?"

Jeebs that boy was over excitable, she felt guilty not being able to leave a tip herself, but she was very low on cash and she needed to be able to afford to go out tonight, regardless people tended to buy drinks for her.
She opened the door of her new apartment and was disappointed to see no one in the living area, hoping they hadn't gone out she shouted:
"Hey guys! Me and the guys from across the hall are going out! Fancy coming with?"
She headed into her own room, and once more smiled at how nice it was, she rummaged through her bag to try and find something that was A) clean and B) suitable for wearing out, who knows, she might even pull tonight! Eventually she found something, it was one of those long, tight T-shirts with a photo of someone famous on it, except nobody knew who they were or why they were famous, she looked in the mirror, was it too short? Probably, she pulled on a pair of tights just in case, although, the tights were see through, and laddered, but some protection was better than none, right? Next, she had to re-do her hair slightly, it wasn't that bad, but it was by no means good, luckily it was easy to put right, little bit of gel and it stuck up exactly like it was meant to, she added the heels that Alex had complimented and a baggy blazer, for warmth, and because it made her look like less of a ponce. She put her phone, her fags and $20 in her bra, it wouldn't go far, but hopefully it wouldn't have to. Then she lft her room and waited for the rest to join her.
"Notice? No, I guess I didn't, maybe Polly grabbed it or something." Mark replied with a puzzled look. "So anyway, you know my name, but I don't know yours, care to introduce yourself Goldielockes?"
Suddenly Polly burst back into the room, "Hey guys! Me and the guys from across the hall are going out! Fancy coming with?" She shouted into the room as she dashed straight to her room.
"One sec Polly, I'm meeting the new girl!" He shouted back.
Alex was suprised to say the least, this was the first time a guy, who wasnt Sam, had been so comfortable around him after finding out he was gay, infact it almost seemed acceptable with Fox around, and even more so since Polly was team Bi like Sam. Alex felt full to the brim with joy, this was the best start he could have hoped for! He'd certainly have a lot to tell Sam when he called tonight ... which made Alex remember and make a mental note-to-self, Dont get drunk tonight. Alex was never really smashed out drunk ... he did get a little bit tipsy ... okay very tipsy on one occassion but Sm was on hand to make sure he got home safe, now he was in New York he wasnt sure of the area or the people so he'd have to stay wary, Fox didnt know the place well, Polly did which was great but it wouldnt be fair for everyone to get drunk and depend on Polly to drag them all home, Yes tonights goal was to not get drunk!.
Alex stepped into his own room, which contained a neatly made bed and a suitcase and a few bags, he hadnt been able to put his things away, and he was a bit of a neat freak so he would usually freak out over that kinda stuff but he decided he'd clean up later. Rummaging through his things he found his hair straightner, hair spray and a club-going outfit. He quickly changed into casual skinny jeans and a t-shirt and black waistcoat, Alex loved waist coats and they were so on trend this season! slipped on his shoes and quickly straightened out his hair.
It had only taken him about ten or fifteen minutes to get ready (a new record) he stepped outside onto the hall to wait for Fox and Polly and Polly's housemates if they'd be coming too.
"Oh you're back." Said Molly, "Club?" She was curious. Never had she been to a club before and this was time withoutt her mother nor sister around.
It was looking forward to being total bliss.
