So there's not a lot us poor shmucks in the cabin can do about what's bearing down, but there's room in between the take off and the attack that can be filled in by some interaction on our parts, while Bitter and Ghurdrich deal with the pirates.

Or not. It's totally up to you guys.

FYI, Sailor, I'm sorry Cassandra hasn't noticed your socialite yet. She wasn't paying much attention to the passengers when she sat down. :P

Also, Taerra - if you want to have Hotaru ask Lyri if the Skimmer is combat ready, that would be good too -- we may need her (and it will involve the players some ^_^)

Alright folks. It's been a bit too quiet for my liking here.

If I need to add some more exposition to rope your PCs in, I will. If you need information to write your post, just ask. I like all the characters we have here and don't want to see this fall down into some void of no return.

Also, I understand that RL can be a real POS sometimes, and you might need to step back from participating in stuff like this RP. That is completely understandable. If you don't think you want to/can continue, please do me the courtesy of sending me a PM to say you are dropping out. I would appreciate it.

I don't speak for everyone of course, but I was under the impression that we were waiting for a bit more. I suppose I could write something about my characters' reactions, but other than 'will be experiencing some turbulence', what would they know about what's going on? Carlo is the only passenger with any idea of the incoming fight. All I could write at this point is a few sentences with Ben wondering what's going on, and maybe Brittany starting to panic. Not anything that would move the plot, really.

Yeah, and I realized after I posted that that is exactly what might be the case.

I would like to say that approximately 3 hours passed in flight between Cassandra sitting down and the attack, so if anyone wants to post character conversations/interactions we could do that, while Carlo and Geno and possibly Lyri deal with the pirates.

I apologize for making it difficult for all of you to get into this. I guess I'm feeling my way a little bit in the area of GMing here, so please bear with me. Added to that it's the middle of tax season, which is very busy for me, which results in some delays.

I will likely rework the last post to make this better for everyone....

I'll definitely have a post up tomorrow. Without going into unwanted details, my family issue has been resolved a bit quicker than expected, so I'll have time to brew up something good. Sorry to keep you waiting.
