QUICK EDIT: Isnt it kinda weird that Team 4 (Konah) has like 10 pages of development. In a way though I dont feel bad about spamming the IC since we werent really spamming (it was all development) plus everyone had a bunch of chances to post.

MMA is modern gladiatorial combat with the same function of ancient Rome; to keep the masses entertained as the world falls apart around their ears. MMA came into play because nascar was loosing its appeal of 30 cars going in circles for 4 hours.

I will agree that Gladiatorial Combat is a sport and that MMA is a pale comparison. They both have been used to keep a bloodthirsty crowd distracted in a form of brutal escapism. But not to seem Entirely argumentative, I will say that Gladiatorial Combat is Fun to watch, I am a huge fan of Sparticus. And if MMA used baseball bats and katanas, their ratings would skyrocket.
