    Battleground Template:

    Name: Beginning of the Sky

    Picture of Battleground or Description of battleground;

    General Size:
    The size and shape varies and changes for every visitor.

    Participant Limit: Sky's the limit.

    Magical Properties: Wind and lightning magic are greatly strengthened here while earth and fire are weakened. The close vicinity of the moon also enhances those that draws power from it.

    Restrictions: The air is so thin that normal human would die from asphyxiation within 1 minute of getting to the place without proper equipment.
    While the cloud can be walked upon and is indestructible, an apply of force would dissolve it, leaving a hole from which people would fall down to the earth. The cloud would soon form back to cover the hole (roughly 5 posts after) and will have the trait of quicksand for awhile (roughly 2 posts)

    Suggested Character Level: High(7-10)

    Battleground Template: Wasteland

    Name: Na Plateau

    Picture of Battleground or Description of battleground;

    General Size: The Na Plateau rises from the land just east of the center of Murasa. Roughly a quarter mile high, its forested top is about as high as Murasa's Wall. Wurms dwell in the cracked cliffs of the plateau, hunting the surrounding lands for miles around for beasts large enough to make a meal. The plateau is also home to several screeching goblin tribes that battle over the scraps they can retrieve from peril seekers and archaeophiles who come to plumb the secrets of the Singing City. The land is bone dry and the sun back earth has cracks over it's entirety.

    The towing oddly shaped stone pillar's are scattered across the plateau, along with the strange plant life that is able to survive here. These bush's have sharp thorns on their branches, worse still these thrones are poisonous to most beings and the goblins in these parts use them in their darts often. These poisons can make one dizzy and soon cause the muscles to freeze up for a time, depending on the dose. This will eventually paralyze a being in a short while.(minimum two post)

    Participant Limit: 2-6

    Magical Properties: Earth magic of all kinds here is greatly enhanced, so is wind abilities. Ice and water are all but useless here as the odd aura of this place make these attacks much less powerful. (-75%) Those who rely on these powers are at a severe disadvantage.

    Restrictions: Every ten post in a massive wind storm will blow across the land at 215 mph. It can blow randomly from any direction at random and last two posts, the winds can easily blow away almost anything not rooted to the earth and the only true protection is behind the massive pillars of stone until the winds die down. Beside that the giant Wurms of the land and goblin tribes can present their own danger, but they usually flee to hid when the time of the storm draws close as they inherently know when they will occur having lived here for eons. Wurms always attack from burrowing out from under the earth. Thus using to much earth manipulation abilities has a high chance of disturbing them.

    Suggested Character Level: Any

    Battleground Template: Mountain stronghold.

    Name: Crypt of Agadeem

    Picture of Battleground or Description of battleground;

    General Size:

    Crypt of Agadeem
    Nestled into the canyons on the island of Agadeem is the Crypt of Agadeem, a natural cavern converted into a heavily trapped burial site. The mouth of the cavern is a huge natural archway lined with innumerable small, etched hedrons. The entrance chamber, called the Crypt Maw, is a cavern the size of a cathedral. It is home to thousands of bats and is believed by some to be haunted by malevolent spirits. It is heavily adorned in the "inner Chambers' with tapestries and heavy wood doors. Heralds of many Dwarf clans are all decorated upon the walls, there a dozens of rooms and secert passage ways in the "Inner Chambers". From the Inner Chambers one can reach The Cryptlock.

    The Cryptlock
    On the rear wall of the Inner Chambers stands a massive stone sculpture that functions as a mystic lock, barring travelers from exploring the rest of the crypt. Archaeologists have concluded that the lock opens only on rare occasions during the death-hour just before dawn, and only when some unknown incantations are spoken. However, certain mad human, goblin, and vampire mages, calling themselves "witch vessels," claim to have traveled down through the miles and miles of shelf-lined crypt tunnels behind the lock, and claim to have spoken in a lost "ghost tongue" with the thousands of dead bodies they say can be found there. They claim their communion has granted them knowledge of events to come, as they had access to countless planes and dimensions, but warn that the tunnels are infested with lethal traps and other evils.

    Participant Limit: 2-6

    Magical Properties: Dark arts involving the dead have a boon in this place, those able to dominate Undead will have quite an advantage, summoned Undead or Undead in general feel strengthened here. Those who manipulate any kind of spirit energy are also greatly strengthened here.

    Restrictions: Spirit beings and other Undead such as wights, Ghouls and zombies walk some of the halls here and attack intruders. Divine magic is hampered here and the Stones here pulse with a kind of magic that makes it difficult to manipulate them in anyway.

    Suggested Character Level: Low(1-3)-Mid(4-6)-High(7-10)

    Name
    Undermel Ruins, Pangremal Jungle.

    General Size
    The precise size of the ruins are unknown, as it's infrastructure has long been disbanded. Although unknown, it is obviously colossal in stature, yet it is concealed by lush vegetation deep within the heart of the Pangramal Jungle. The surface environment of the ruins is filled with overgrown terraces and smaller structures, many of which are in shambles. Debris liter the area, said debris include tarnished jewelry that appeared to be either forgotten, or a failed expedition as discovered inside a glorious fifty-meter high pyramid in the center of the ruins. At the pyramid's summit, an eerie emerald light ascends vertically to the heavens, choking the sunlight above and giving the atmosphere a sickening green hue.

    Skeletal remains, both humanoid--and not liter the innards of the pyramid. Several more piles of tarnished jewelries and faded tapestries is scattered in the labyrinth-like maze of the pyramid, which coincidentally (and unknowingly to combatants), stretches many miles, and descends deep within the earth, into subterranean tunnels beneath.

    At the origin of the gloomy green light an immeasurable cache of emeralds and gold reside littered around a swirling vortex of nature's essence.

    A pack (8-10), of powerful Girallon make their home in Undermel; they are vicious and savage--and most notably carnivorous. A girallon is hostile and will attack on sight. Girallon's stand approximately 12-foot tall, and weigh 1800-2200 lbs.

    Participant Limit
    Any.

    Magical Properties
    Several magical properties, advantageous; and disadvantageous exist within Undermel. Users of both life and death will find a keen advantage within, as druidic magic is strongly increased within the proximity of the swirling vortex. Necromancy is not increased, but easier to perform as several corpses await otherworldly command. Divine magic however is tainted and weakened considerably as the wild, pagan entities that once existed within cursed the grounds before their dismissal from the material plane.

    Restrictions
    Mobility may be the largest restriction of the Undermel Ruins, as the thick overgrowth on the surface, and the various booby-traps within the pyramid make for a dampened footfall. Also, as the entire ruins are cursed--any living creature will find that its wounds will fester and become infected much easier than normal.

    Suggested Character Level: 3-6

    I second, nice job. We don't often get such nice maps.

    I might even use this in the arena continuum in fact as a area within one of the Established regions, with your blessings.

    Nice work again sir.

    If we do use it, we could make it it's own place, we have enough space on the map.
