I only took into account the corpse of the tortoise.
Then it'll be extended to add more to it, to fill up more space.
My Heart is a Battleground
The White Lagoon, once a lively forest is the site of many tragic love stories. It is said that because of this, the trees wept and flooded the forest, and left the leaves of the trees to become snow white in the purity of love. The water, standing at 3 feet, is often used by nearby villages as drinking water due to it's cleanliness. The ground under the water is remnant of the forest ground that used to be there, with various rocks and plants that have survived under the water, though no animals now claim the lagoon as their home.
The size of the White Lagoon is approximately 200 acres, with only several small villages bordering the Lagoon, splitting two nations.
Due to the thick water of the Lagoon, those who are moving through the water are slowed considerably. Water users gain an advantage of having a considerable amount of water to work with as well as the thickness of the water, making it heavier than normal. Those trying to use the plants and trees of the Lagoon are at a disadvantage as they do not respond to normal plant or Druid style abilities as they are possessed by the souls of lovers. Blood gives the forest a strange effect. When blood hits the water, it is instantly dissolved into the water and sends the forest into a silent frenzy, causing the trees to appear to leak water, causing the water to rise One foot every Two post. This gives a disadvantage to blood magic users, due to their blood vanishing when hit by the water.

Just Another Neighborhood
Description: A street, a number of houses and parking lots. The houses are nothing impressive, merely buildings constructed for families to live in. The town appears to have been abandoned, quite recently even. No people are around, and yet it appears as if you could start living here at any time. In houses, freshly cooked meals can be found, cars are parked at temporary lots, all seems like the people simply disappeared mysteriously several moments ago. Lots of extra equipment can be found within the houses, anything imaginable an ordinary family could have. There are lots of places in which to hide, or from which to fight in the open. The solid asphalt makes falling potentially dangerous, and many heavy items such as cars and such lie around ready to be used, thrown or destroyed. Electricity still runs through all appliances, and the lines overhead may potentially run electricity through anyone should their caution wane.
General Size: The size of the place could vary between merely the street visible in the image to an entire little community, spanning three kilometers or more with houses, streets, telephone cables and everything that could be imagined to exist in a such. It all depends on how many contestants you want to enter with.
Participant Limit: From two to as many as you’d dare fit into a single battle.
Magical Properties: The area includes no magical attributes. It is, quite simply, a street. However, with the presence of technology many elements can be called upon from different appliances, so there is no lack of materials for any power-user wishing to make use of the surroundings.
Restrictions: The restrictions are obviously that, being a completely normal street, vision may be obscured easily. Those wishing an open brawl may stick to the asphalted streets to tear asunder, but the more cowardly contestant has a thousand different hiding-places and items on the stage they could make use of. The only limit to the contents of the houses is imagination, as normal families may have a little bit of everything. But all in all, the place is a completely normal street. What restrictions would you expect?
Suggested Character Level: Any, really. Low may have fun picking up items and hiding around as they see fit, mid can play around with their battles as they see fit while high can enjoy themselves tearing the community to pieces while fighting each other. It all depends on what you plan on doing with the place. Though, the absolutely highest levels may find the items and obstructions around a mere annoyance more than an interesting battlefield.
The Valley of Titans
Description: Once a battleground for gods, giants and golems alike this wondrous land is immense in size and its beauty, in both the physical and the ethereal. The natural landscape consists of wide open plains and mountains that reach high into the heavens. Lying alongside the landscape are the corpses of the denizens of the ether, godlike and towering they immerse and emerge from the land with a haunting beauty indeed, but know this, not all of the corpses are bound to lie so still.
General Size: The size of these plains is vast indeed, miles of grassy lands and towering mountains litter these once fierce battlegrounds, even from the tallest mountain one cannot see where the valley begins and where it ends.
Participant Limit: the amount of participants is limitless, armies can cross these plains, the only interference being the mountains and corpses that lie in their wake.
Magical Properties: Nothing here in the valley necessarily hampers the ability of the characters, but rather opposes the characters themselves. Sometimes in the heat of a great battle the titans of ages past may force themselves into the middle of a fight and clash with the opposing warriors or armies that dare to disturb their final resting place. But if one is strong enough to tame the titan, they have gained an invaluable asset in their conquest.
Restrictions: The only real restrictions are the mountains as they are highly unstable in a very unpredictable way and one may find themselves or their armies trapped should a titan crash its way through the mountains.
Suggested Character Level: 6 and up as the massive size of the plains could cause problems for anyone who can't travel quickly and the titans could be too much for anyone who isn't strong enough to handle them.
Pick one of these and I will try and design the area.

Several miles in radius, as shown by satelitte imagery. It is very easy to get lost within this forest.
There is no upward amount.
A wicked forest with a gloomy atmosphere. The souls of tens of thousands of warriors and mages rest here during their unending travels to paradise. They claim the land as theirs, inhabiting the vegetation, and other assorted resources, making it impossible to manipulate. With the hostile souls inhabiting the forest, burning it down has become obselete, as the numerous souls overpower the magic. Even necromancers find their power useless against these mighty souls, leaving would-be masters to whatever items they have brought with them. In essence, the forest, for as long as it is home to these souls, will always remain as it stands.
As noted above, it is impossible to manipulate this forest or the souls within it, in any fashion. To do battle in here, one must be very prepared, or prepare to be extremely unlucky. It will cost extra to bring in outside things to be manipulated, if not already on the person when they enter.
