He would generally adopted a form that would allow him to blend with the people in an area as an attempt to avoid any attention to himself. Even so, he's not above using his ability to serve his own purposes or entertainment. As such, he has no trouble disguising himself as a child, an adult, an elder, female or male.

Electricity (minor, the element he generate on his own are only strong enough to knock an adult and only when he's in contact with them longer than a second. He can lashes out the electricity to his surrounding in an attempt to drive others away/back but at most it would only cause an annoyance or numbness.)

Special Skills (optional):
-Floating: Despite showing an allusion of walking, in all actuality he's not and therefore his steps does not produce any sounds. Secondary effect is that he's unable to be submerged underwater (as in, he would float unless you tied something heavy and even then he would act like a buoy) and when he focused to it he's able to walk on any surface. In Ethera form, water parts beneath him in circular waves and he gained the ability to glide/fly.
-Body of air: In his Ethera form, cutting and piercing attack won't do anything other than entertaining him.

Religion: Animist (He believes everything and everyone's a part of a great flow of Ragna)

Deity: Sky and Wind

Personality: Relaxed and easy-going. He's easily bored and has trouble with remaining still unless someone told him not to and gave a good reason. He's also curious and would attempt to study how things work if he think he could get away with it unnoticed.

Regarding his shapeshifting, his ability had also made him mix on how he should react to another or what to answer. It's not weird if he was found climbing trees while being an elderly person or answering a question with something that a child shouldn't know and sometimes, how he dresses.

Biography:
As a Material Ethera, Whizzle had taken refuge in the Material Plane several hundreds of years ago to avoid being consumed by stronger Etheras. He then taken to the lifestyles of a wanderer, travelling from one places to another, the plains and mountains at first before he developed immunities and started to travel all over. Despite that, Whizzle was still weaker in places where air was unable to run free, such as underground or an enclosed space. He adopted the name Whizzle after watching a parent teaching his child how to whistle in one of the villages in the plains.

After several years, Whizzle ran into a group of mercenaries that later became known as the Eternia Wing. As it were, circumstances led into him joining the group as a member under the identity of a regia. Ever since then, he worked with them over the years and he saw the organization's growth until his promotion as the mercenaries commander, much to his chagrin later.

Whizzle preferred to be some kind of an enigma despite having been around for a long time and hid the fact that he's a Material Ethera to the best of his ability. Despite the initial success, his prolonged contact with the mercenary organization had caused extra difficulties in keeping it secret, with a handful of people beginning to theorize and several others being told or having seen his true form.

-I'm going to use he and she for Whizzle in correspondence with what form he used at that moment. He while he's male or in Ethera form, she while female.
-He's weakened while being underground or in some form of a cave with little to no ventilation and is at his strongest in open spaces where people can see the horizon.
-When he's talking about religion for one reason or another with other people, he might slip up and address the deities as Old Man Sky and Father Wind.
