Troubled Times.

(time jump)

Andrew continued to apologize for the rest of the day, but Sophie never said a word to him. She wouldn't even look at him. He felt his world fall apart with each passing second. He apologized one more time, before leaving to walk to his house. He stopped at her locker, the locket held tightly in his hand. "Sophie, I'm sorry. I made a mistake. I wish I could take it back, I would do anything to take it back. I'm sorry. I understand if you don't want to take me back, I wouldn't want to see me either. Whether you want to be with me or not, I'm helping you raise the baby. I'll give you money every week, it's the best I can do if you don't want to see me." He felt tears run down his face and to the floor. "I'm sorry Sophie. I wish I could take it all away. I love you." he walked away, tears dripping down his face.

[Sakari]

Sophie felt tears run down her face but she still could not forgive him, she was too proud to take him back. "Please don't give me money i do not want your charity, i will raise our child on my own." She shouted after him, tears running down her cheeks. Her hands clasped over her belly. She so badly wanted to take him back in her arms and say that everything was alright, but she couldn't, things would never be the same between them again.

Andrew didn't care what Sophie said, he wasn't going to abandon his child. He was going to send her money whether she wanted it or not. He walked home in silence, wishing he still had Sophie's hand in his own. He walked straight from the door to his room. He lay down on the bed, wanting Sophie to be next to him. He missed the feeling of having her in his arms. He wanted her so badly. He would do anything to get her back. He kept the locket in his hand, as he slowly started to fall asleep.

Sophie walked to the beach. It was the only place she had felt happy. Her eyes stared out into the horizon as she clutched her knees to her chest. A single tear rolled down her face. She missed Andrew so much but she couldn't forgive him, now all she needed to focus on was her child. The child that she was going to have in less than 5 months.

Andrew woke up a couple hours later, pain running throughout his stomach. He felt dog sick, having no idea why. He ran to the bathroom and puked into the toilet. He flushed it as he stood up, before leaving his room. He missed Sophie more than he could've ever imagined. He walked out of his house, not wanting to see his parents. He knew they would ask about Sophie, and he didn't want to talk about it. He walked down the street, still feeling as sick as before. He didn't know where to go, so he walked towards the beach. It gave him a sense of comfort, but he knew it would feel weird not having Sophie with him.

Sophie couldn't help herself. She broke into silent sobs, she buried her head into her knees as her tears slid down her face and into her lap. Her mind was filled with images of Andrew but it was all ruined now, Because of his drunken mistake.

Andrew could see Sophie crying at the spot they would always sit at. He held the locket tightly in his hand as he walked over to her. He sat down next to her, wishing she would just talk to him. "Sophie..." he whispered, trying not to startle her. "Can we please just talk?" He wished she could at least look at him. He felt pathetic, and probably was. He knew what he did was wrong, and he wanted to take it all back. He would do anything for Sophie.

[Sakari]

Sophie shook her head, tears pouring onto the sand. She couldn't stand the pain, her heart felt like it was ripped in half. She did not want to talk to him, she did not wish to see him for it only made the hole in her heart even bigger. She bit down on her lip, trying to stop all her sobs but she couldn't they just kept coming and coming.

"Okay. I'll leave you alone." Andrew wished he could give Sophie one last kiss good bye, but he knew he couldn't do that. He walked away sobbing quietly. He felt sick again, as he walked back to his house. He doubled over, throwing up onto the ground. He wiped his mouth and his tears as he continued to walk home. He wanted Sophie back, more than anything.

Sophie looked to where he had sat moments ago, on the floor was the locket. Her locket. She picked it up and opened it. Inside was a picture of her and Andrew cuddling. She clasped the locket shut in her hand, tears running down her face. She couldn't stand this, the pain hurt too much.
