Jackie was like a graceful dancer of death, ribbons of blood flowing from her blades as she spun. Her fighting style was that of the women of the far east: precise, quick, deadly, and hauntingly beautiful. Many men who thought they were safely out of harm's way never knew what hit them, they were killed so quickly.
When the dogs appeared, Erin gave the order for the army to draw back just briefly away from the dogs. Once they did, archers set a predetermined line of the field on fire, catching many of Dresden's best men in the inferno. Thanks to lines torn into the ground long before this, the fire would only spreasd toward Dresden, not Ginger.
But as Shi'a joined Ginger, Sarah recieved a new ally, one she'd only heard of in legend. He was a massive brute, far larger than any man on the field and any man anyone had ever seen. He was dressed in fur and steel, marking him as some sort of viking warrior. He looked at Sarah and Dresden, "I see ya could use some 'elp."
Kass looked at Rain, about to say no, but he realized she was right. "Alright, come on. I just hope Haakon hasn't gotten there yet." Even Rain had no idea who this Haakon was, but it sounded chillingly familiar.
