Jeb: The "fly" thing is fine in my book. Ghosts float, so it's not unreasonable. Speaking of which, any Bug-Flying types can learn fly as well as any other flying types (Tropius) or those with wings (Dustox) except ones without clear wings or ways of flying (Gyarados).
Another clarification of moves I'd like to point out is that it should go along with the Pokemon and type. I don't want Bunneary knowing Ice Beam or Arcanine or Houndoom knowing Thunder Fang. Grass-types knowing Sunny Day is fine, though. Those like Ninetales can learn Psychic, Extrasensory, Shadow Ball, and Dark Pulse. Fighting types can know Psychic moves (Calm Mind, Meditation) and Dark moves (Feint, etc.) within reason. If you're unsure about a move, ask me. I know some of these moves can be learned normally, but I don't think it's realistic (even though this is an unrealistic RP).
zook: It's just two fish but they represent Pisces, my Sun Sign.
Don't worry, I might get it started later tonight or not at all. My day was turned on its head and I won't be on the computer for much of the day tomorrow. I won't bring out the Grammar Nazi in me here. However, if it gets too bad, expect a response XD

Name: Zeion Sephus
Age: 15
Hometown: Mauville City
Appearance:http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...i/ribbon-1.gif
Personality: A pretty excited person to get a battle anytime. Aspires to get better, and tends to brag a lot about how great he is. Zeion is easily angered and tends to act childish, and easily makes a fool of himself.
History: Grew up at Mauville City, and got his first Pokemon at the age of 10. He played with his Pokemon, and throughout his childhood, he found himself getting along with Pokemon very well. After a few months with bonding with his Mudkip, he thought he was good enough to tackle on a trainer, but was easily defeated. He then went through the region, training his Pokemon and catching others, trading, and transferring to try and copy the team of his older brother. Eventually, he went to Unova to hunt down the others, and got a few.

I will use this power to protect us all!
Looks good to me, Zeion. However, I don't think Eevee should know Shadow Ball or Zorua should know Grass Knot.
To Everyone: Again, don't feel the need to list all the moves (being as many as you like within the qualifications). Make sure to keep in mind the "levels" you kind of want them to be on and what they capable of knowing. (A "lower-leveled" Butterfree shouldn't know Silver Wind)
Another note to everyone:
This isn't "competitive" so much as creative. Pick the Pokemon/the types your character would use. CSs should, more or less, look like the last 2 I put up. Again, all those Pokemon will be with the Trainer as there is no PC system.
Alright, I've got it.
I will use this power to protect us all!
Hey i was wondering how the Pokemon fights weren't going to be turn by turn? Also by being able to combined attacks one person could just tell them to attack while the other won't have time to counter with their move?
Zeion: Thanks, looks much better
zook: I was planning to kind of depict this in the first post, but I think I'm going to try to wait for a few more people though I don't k now how to advertise this any more.
Anyway, to answer your questions, it's still more or less turn based, as this is RPing and the basis of this is turn based. However, we're not waiting for the other to attack after you've performed one. Like, I say "Tackle" and then miss or hit and go for another attack right after. I guess you could say "we're just speeding things up," since you'd probably try to counter or whatnot. Here's a clearer picture of what I'm trying to say:
Pikachu uses Quick Attack against Rattata.
Rattata dodges "while" (right before) using Bite.
Pikachu attacks back with Tackle, they negate each other and Pickachu goes in with Thundershock and hits Rattata.
Pikachu finishes off Rattata with another Quick Attack but is caught off guard by a Hyper Beam!
Haha, just kidding. But I think you get the point.
Also, with moves that take two turns (such as Fly or Solarbeam) they'll just take longer than most, not necessarily enough time for them to make another attack (if you've distracted/knocked them down for enough time).
As for your other question, combining moves; this is more of a Contest type thing prevalent where you want. It has to be reasonable, though. Don't be using Quick Attack and Flamethrower. Also, if you want to use Ember and Bite...just use Fire Fang. Otherwise, if you can figure out a feasible way for a Pokemon to use Ice Beam and Hydro Pump at the same time, go for it. However, when combining attacks like this, make sure include the fatigue produced by this. More passive attacks may also be combined (Calm Mind and Meditate or Sleep Powder and Poison Powder).
Be Creative but Realistic. I know we're capable of this but sometimes it's hard. Just try not to get too mad at me when if I disapprove of something.
