Entirely depends on the GM and site-policy.

So, on another site / place / thing, that will remain nameless, I was roleplaying a cannibal, a fiercely evil to the point of absurd, cannibal. This was thought as okay, because apparently it's either been done before or whatever.
I then was banned from there after I made a certain post and was reported.
I won't post the actual post here, but let's just say, in summary, my character was stalking a pregnant woman, and finally, getting hungry enough, broke into her house, killed her children by eating their faces, and then killed her, butchered her, and dined on her dead fetus. I was extremely graphic with how I did this scene, going into full detail with all of it.
So my question is, now...
How far is too far, in a roleplay, or more specifically, in here?

Other potentially relevant details.
This was after she had kidnapped, tortured, killed, butchered, and ate her husband, then paid someone to rape her so she'd be pregnant, with the hopes that her religious beliefs would mean no birth control or abortions, pinned the murder on the rapist she hired, and then did the aforementioned.
<3?
Also, yes, I'm so hardcore, I make my own yarn so I can knit stuff.
*epic pose*?
Say, I have my own question that fits into this thread.
Is it ok to tell your RPers raping another Rper's character is OK once you have them beaten and are about to kill them, as long as they don't go into much detail? Cause I'm working on a gladiotorial RP, and I wanted to have that be an option.
Depends on the GM. If I were you I'd run it past the player first, if (s)he says no and you really want to do it, run it by the GM. If you do get permission, you're prolly cool. Don't expect to remain on good terms with the other player, though.

There was something about sexual content being okay if simply 'Implied' rather than going into detail, but unfortunately it is a fracking art form to be able to do that and still make it sound good.
But I honestly don't think anyone will care if you murder a pregnant woman and then dine on her dead fetus.

And being a bad guy isn't about remaining on good terms with anybody, it's about being evil.
Well, it isn't disallowed. It might be hard to keep your players though, so you might want to mention some rather 'extreme' consequences may happen before you start the RP. Advanced will probably appreciate 'extreme' the most, if you're serious about it.
Being a player is. People prefer their characters getting killed over getting raped and almost nobody likes their characters getting killed. Being evil is fine, doing bad shit is fine (given it sticks to the unwritten fair play rule) but the last thing you want to do is create conflict between players over something completely unnecessary.
