Plasma Breath - Lavender can ionize air she inhales, the ionized air ignites upon exhalation releasing it as an undirected spray of plasma. She can do this fairly easily but tires out if she spews plasma continuously. Also of note is that she cannot control the form of her plasma without magnetic fields.

Electrokinesis - Lavender cannot control electricity due to her focus on precise control rather than brute applications, but is able to manipulate magnetic fields with some level of skill. She is also able to use a strong localized field to contain her plasma and shape it before releasing it. Also of note is that she can use a repulsion field to temporarily defend against metal weapons or robots.

Heat Resistance - She is resistant to high temperatures but sensitive to cold temperatures. She cannot be easily burned.

History: Lavender was born to an asian mother and a caucasian father, both with powers. She ended up taking her father's last name. Her powers manifested in grade school. She would complain about a stinging and sparking in her mouth. Also surprising was that she never complained about heat, often neglecting to cool her soup before eating. She was registered on the spot and the family moved to London so she could attend the Lightblood Academy where she learned to control her plasma breath. Also at the school her second power manifested as cell phones stopped working in her vincinity. She could project a magnetic field that would scramble EM waves, messing up LCD monitors and electrical activity around her. The school helped her control these powers over the years. She graduated and decided against going to college to work for the DSE She has been told numerous times to stop being so destructive by the agency.

• Lycanthropy: Due to a past attack, Michael has acquired the viral infection of lycanthropy. In his human state, Michael has inhuman strength and senses, with enhanced agility and reflexes to boot. When his adrenaline levels hit a crescendo, his body undergoes canine changes, becoming a feral beast. In the aftermath of his transformation, he takes the form of a large, black, savage anthropomorphic wolf-man. This form rids him of his human limitations, granting him even further strength (able to lift ten-times his own body weight), incredible agility and reflexes, and inhuman senses, particularly his auditory and olfactory senses. While in his lupine form, Michael has less finesse and control over his actions than most werewolves due to his age creating an imbalance of hormonal and emotional activity. Despite this, he can discern between friend-and-foe and right-from-wrong, but only in the most basic terms. He can also run in a quadrupedal style, capable of outrunning a race horse.
  
• Gifted Intellect: A bright young man, Michael has an affinity for science, math and learning. With his intellect, Michael is able to experiment on and research his own blood with ease and create rather complex chemical equations. He is also extremely logical and analytical, intending to understand and further his limitations.

Appearance:

• Midway through his transition from boy to man, Michael's body has undergone much maturation. He is tall and rather stocky for his age, standing at 6'0 and weighing about 220 lbs. Broad shoulders and a powerful, strong physique have suddenly become prominent on his body due to his recent transformation. His skin, a fair tone, is clear and smooth albeit with a small scar on his lower lip from a fight when he was young.
  With tousled dark-brown wavy hair and youthful features, Michael comes off as quite attractive, with a square jaw, almond-shaped baby-blue eyes, a wide mouth that hides a gentle smile, clean-shaven complexion and a petite nose.
• His attire consists of a casual, sometimes scruffy, look. This includes dark slim-fit jeans, an assortment of Vans sneakers, slim-fit T-shirts, hoodies, shirts and jackets.

History:

• In basic terms, Michael was brought up in Queens by a single mother and attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo High school in the Bayside area. His father left his mother as soon as she fell pregnant, since they were only teenagers at the time. As an extremely bright and timid student, Michael was a prime target for abuse at school but took it in his stride, never lashing out or becoming enraged with fury. He had a handful of friends he trusted, and that was all he needed.
  One night, while walking home late after staying back at school for a project, Michael was attacked by a large, hairy man who had bitten and tore him up. Immediately after the attack, the creature fled and Michael was found by a patrolling police car. He was immediately sent to the nearest ER.
  
  Within a matter of days, he was completely healed up and healthy, leading the doctors on-watch to suspicion. After an array of tests, Michael was positive for Lycanthropy, and given an assortment of medications and sedatives in order to "tame" his bestial side.
  Quickly, he discovered the several upsides to contracting Lycanthropy; he was incredibly powerful and had sharp senses, although he never used his abilities willingly in public or at school since it would garner far too much unwanted attention from his peers.
  
  There were also the downsides.
  
  At one time, he had forgotten to dose himself with the sedatives and had become far for aggressive when playing a mere video-game, tearing up and nearly destroying his room before calming down.
  
  Eventually, he had begun to get used to his abilities, and is slowly beginning to control them.

Legal Status:

• Unregistered: At a crossroads in his life, one of many to come, Michael must decide what to do with his newfound abilities and the weight that comes with it.

Other:

• Michael has an affinity for comic books and has stacks upon stacks of them in his room, sometimes eager to live up to the expectations of those magical heroes he reads about.
  
• He is eager to garner control of his abilities and admits that it's exciting to be "better than normal." He will also be made to choose a path between civilian, agent of the DSE, rogue hero or villian.

History:
Kynir was an outcast at school. He preferred video games to socializing. He was also very good at school. Unfortunately, one day a fellow classmate insulted him deeply, and that classmate ended up in the hospital. Things just started going downhill from there. He was kicked out of school for his violent behavior, his parents disowned him as they lost their jobs and couldn't afford to take care of him, they just kicked him out onto the streets (they weren't ever very practical), and he now lives on his own in an apartment in New York. Since he doesn't really know about the laws regarding living alone at 14, it is a very well kept secret in his building. He is registered, but is a part of the League of Masks. The owner of his apartment knows his predicament and does not charge rent, and gives him the basics like food and water, as long as the building is kept safe. His only real "friend" would be the owner of his apartment, but they aren't really "buddies", he doesn't like to talk to people. His purpose in life is to have an exciting one. He figured out about his Telekinesis when pummeling the kid who deeply insulted him, as his power took over and lockers slammed and opened and books flew everywhere. Some hit the kid. When he left his parents he changed his name. He found the name after researching people from the Middle Ages. His apartment manager is a recruiter for the League of Masks, and he recruited Kynir.

Delta/Project/Delta Project

Macrokinesis (Heavy-mover) the ability to move heavy objects, or numerous lighter objects. Also includes, but is not limited to, the ability to hover over solid objects and being able to super jump.

Fighting ability is instinctive, mostly grapples and blows. No martial art ability, par-se, however he developed his own style in the form of throwing heavy things, at your face.
Sam can only speak English, and has only been taught what he needed to know. Although he has no knowledge of current events, he has still been educated to some degree. The way this process took place is complex, through intense conditioning mostly.

Delta project, brief overview. Information taken from Carrandax organisation. After the failure of Alpha, Beta and Charlie respectively the splinter military organisation known as ‘Force Application’ were reluctant to attempt to create another super mover. Although theoretically, the benefits of creating a hyper effective Macrokinetic were boundless, in both military and labour applications, the issues in controlling and conditioning suitable cloning material were deemed too great. Never the less Delta project went right ahead, after altering the template Genome until it reached a stage the scientists believed was workable, the clone was created. Named Sam Green after the original donor, Delta progressed rapidly and seemed to be particularly receptive to conditioning, after its powers became apparent at puberty, the project was considered a massive success. The problem? Power is not meant to be contained, packaged and synthesised for military
gain.

Although he has British citizenship, as the organisation was forced to gather legal ownership over him through legal means, he has very little in the way of organisation affiliation; the government has no real clue of his existence. I doubt things will stay that way for long though.

The time skip in London will also feature Delta’s escape from the facility, from then on he will be loose and running in London, chillaxing and whatnot.

Power/Skills/Training:

(Primary Ability/Affliction) Lycanthropy; Elsie can shift into the form of a very large fox creature due to her Fox Transgenic heritage combined with her lycanthropic infection. She is rather feral as her Fox self, but not so bad that she fails to recognize friend from foe. She doesn't scare animals away whilst in her creature form. The usual feral-in-foxy-form-and-transforms-during-adrenaline-rushes business applies to her, just as it does with normal Lycanthropy-victims. She has the usual Lycanthropic immunity to diseases and regeneration. Her skinny build leaves her with more speed than strength, unlike a regular werewolf. Elsie can lift things that are around three to five times her own weight, to an absolute maximum of 900 lbs. Elsie can go pretty fast. Y'know, as fast as a cheetah and all that. Well, more like a speeding car, or maybe a gazelle, that sort of thing.

(Primary Ability) Zoopathy; Elsie can commune with Foxes the best, up to canids and similar four-legged carnivorous mammals in a pinch, so long as they're in her block-and-a-half range. She can usually only really talk with them (and then she can only talk with a maximum of three at a time) but if she wants to she can own a single pet at a time. This means that her pal Ferra the vixen is always around. Elsie can impress needs upon Ferra and exert a certain amount of control/influence upon her, but there is always a chance that Ferra will not deign to go along with whatever crazy scheme the strange human has come up with next. While Elsie has a pet, she can only talk to one other animal at a time. (Talking to multiple animals at once is just how it seems; in order to 'talk' to them, she must leave a tiny tendril of her consciousness in their mind, resulting in communication of the type wherein one can barely understand the other's poor grammar but it is done anyway, and in order to talk to another once she's reached her maximum she must detach said tendril of consciousness. When she has a pet, that pet retains quite a bit more of her consciousness, allowing for a free association of concepts and ideas and thoughts more readily. The only active thought and effort needed is the attaching and detaching of 'tendrils'; otherwise it is a passive ability and consciousness is more or less shared depending on how much Elsie has invested in the animal she's talking to. Elsie can, at maximum (after some more experience, perhaps) someday reach a grand total of either four 'conversations' at once, or two pets.

(Secondary Ability) Additional Body Parts; Elsie has bright red fox ears instead of normal human ears, and she has a lovely lush red fox tail. They are mostly aesthetic in function, but she can hear a bit better than unaltered humans (she can hear a mouse squeaking inside a house from the sidewalk) and her tail makes a wonderful pillow. This is passive.

(Primary Ability) Intuitive Abilities; Elsie is capable of, once knowing some basic information about a person (and witnessing some of their actions) likening them to an animal and obtaining instinctive ideas about what they may or may not be likely to do. She has a good judge of character, like an animal, in short. She is also capable of, once seeing a new 'animal', identifying what it eats and some of its basic habits at the least.

(Secondary Ability) Super-Reflexes; You don't get to be practically feral without some benefits. Her mind, after so long associating with animals, has developed a react-first hair-trigger. She reacts to outside stimuli faster than normal humans, although she can be easily distracted depending on what kind of stimuli is being presented to her.

(Secondary Ability) Super-Agility; This is not so much a 'big' thing so much as having become accustomed to her super reflexes and knowing how to counter-balance for sudden movements. For example, where one might spin around suddenly and potentially have their ankle buckle under them if they do it wrong, she can spin around suddenly and even put a flourish on it (if she really feels like it) so long as she is rational enough to do so. Her body knows how to react to her own sudden reactions, so she isn't likely to react to someone trying to punch her by falling off a cliff. This is passive.

Learned Abilities; Elsie has learned how to decently use hand-to-hand combat (specifically Capoiera, which is a fighting style based primarily off of dancing). She also knows how to read and write with some aplomb, and she can cook if she has to (although she'd rather turn fox and hunt without having to start a fire). Oh, yeah, she can hunt too. Really, really well. But only as a fox.

(Passive Setback) Super-Metabolism; Elsie is very, very, very hungry. All the time. Extremely, extraordinarily hungry. She can literally take on an all-you-can-eat buffet with a grin. She doesn't just get hungry after a fight. It's a throughout-the-day thing. If she doesn't inhale (yes, inhale, she doesn't stop to chew... just joking) at least 15,000 calories a day, she gets horrid cramps. If she doesn't eat in two days, she'll get extremely ill and dizzy and become unable to use any abilities that require any amount of concentration or effort. Halfway through the third day, she will die of starvation.

In case you don't know how many calories 15,000 calories is, she'd basically have to eat three original crust meat pizzas-- the full thing, 16" and all-- which is 11,700. Then she'd have to down a burger king triple whopper with cheese, which brings the total up to 12,930. Then she'd have to add a Large Dairy Queen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard to the mix, which brings her total to 14,250. Then a Hardee's Monster Thickburger added in would bring her to 15,670-- just enough to make sure she has enough to eat on a regular basis. If she wants to be FULL, she'd have to add in another 9,000 calories... which would basically add up to three more of those pizzas.
This means most of her time is spent hunting down a lot of prey that is too big for a normal fox to manage to hunt down, or just a LOT of small things.

Moral of the story? Don't invite her over for dinner. For your own sake.

Equipment:

Elsie may not have a lot going for her besides her powers, but she has a little satchel she carries around whenever she isn't in Creature mode. Otherwise, she has to try and simply keep things with her. If she's lucky, she does. If she isn't lucky, Ferra tends to pick it up for her and carry it around (Ferra has learned that the satchel is important to Elsie, and that it tends to get left behind when Elsie isn't human).
Her satchel has a few cogs and gears (what? They're shiny), her shirt (depending on if she's wearing it or not), a fork, and a bit of kindling.
She has exactly one garment of clothing; a loose, droopy, saggy green cotton dress. Or shirt, if it was stretched. She usually keeps it in her satchel and parades around in her fur because it's more comfortable to be a fox.

Appearance:
Height: Roughly 5'6" when human, counting the ears. When foxy, usually around three feet high at the shoulder.

Length (When Foxy): 4'11".
Weight: Usually around 180 pounds, no matter her form.

Build: Slim, slightly muscle-y, but not noticeably so.

Lovely Elsie was born/hatched/removed from her tube/built/whatever she was (Secretly, she was born, but don't tell her, it'll ruin the mystery of who she is) very far away, a long, long time ago-- okay, so it was only the 7th of December, 1992, but give her a break, she doesn't really know that for herself. All she knows is that she was a winter kit and that she's been around for over ten years.

Why, can't you tell that she's a lovely female Quarter-Transgenic Human? Her parents were a half-transgenic and her lovely French husband, and she ended up getting some curious side-effects. Big whoop.

She can also be a Red Fox-Wolf thing. Just saying. (Yay Lycanthropy...!?)

History:

Elspeth Elizabeth Renaud is a pretty unremarkable name, right? Wrong. To a couple people, she's a low-down, good-for-nothing piece of trash. Just ask the guy she accidentally infected last month.

Elspeth has few friends besides a few animals here and there and her lovely Ferra. She is currently unemployed and has a few enemies 'round London Proper, but she's managed to evade most of them long enough for them to forget about her, possibly?

Elsie lives in London... sometimes. Mostly she heads out to the forest and attempts to find a decent long-term den with Ferra (who definitely would not be okay with splitting up with Elsie). Her purpose in life is unseen at the moment but she wants to have some fun and junk. Mostly.
She got her powers through a mixture of transgenic DNA in her heritage, as well as another Super in her lineage that she's not too aware of. (Her parents weren't attacked or anything. Elsie simply has a bad memory and ended up running away from home in her mom's shirt, which stretched over the years. She doesn't ask herself what happened either.)
She also got her unfortunate Lycanthropy (or fortunate depending) from a curious, charming man she met a year after she ran away from home. She was alone, and he had food, and wine... he essentially charmed her into sex, (6th of May, 2010) which of course gave her the famous Lycanthropy STD. What a coincidence that she ended up tearing out his throat when she saw him next.

Legal Status:

Elsie isn't a registered Super, currently (She was at one point around her birth when her physical traits were noticed but she's fallen out of legal systems and doesn't tend to update her status or anything else much these days).

She has no legal citizenship at the moment because she is presumed dead by her former government and she doesn't remember which one she's from anyway.

She is very, very, very, very, very naive as well as slightly feral. Might be a bit aggressive on first meeting due to not interacting with humans as much, but once she's calmed down she'll fall for just about anything out of instinctively trusting those that don't pose an immediate threat or set off her internal 'bad guy' alarm.

Legal Name: Gerald Perrault
Nickname(s): The Mutilator
Power/Skills/Training: Gerald has intuitive abilities when it comes to language and culture, regenerative capabilities, Metamorphic Shapeshifting abilities that allow him to disguise himself as different people when needed, and his own special venomous organic bone spikes.

Gerald's retractable organic spikes extend from his wrist area when in use and contain a paralysing agent on the tip of each bone that slowly paralyses his opponents upon coming in contact with/mixing with their blood stream. Using his Shapeshifting abilities Gerald uses his organic bone claws in two different ways. Forming the venomous bone into tiny venomous fragments he launches them at his opponents from medium distance. When in a short distance from Gerald's victims he keeps the organic bones in their original form and extends them from his wrist to stab them into his opponents skin. Once the bones penetrated his victims flesh Gerald grabs the bone with his hand and snaps it off inside his opponents skin.

History:
For a long as Gerald can remember he was an orphan. As a young boy he lived homeless in the streets of London, abandoned by whatever partnership of people gave birth to him. He cannot remember what happened to make his parents force him out so young nor can he even remember of a time he didn't live on his own on the streets of London. As a kid and a young teenager Gerald turned to petty crime to stay alive, honing his "special talents" as he got older to make committing and getting away with crimes easier. As Gerald grew up into an adult the crimes he committed started to take an even darker turn. After a home invasion went wrong Gerald was forced to murder an elderly couple that lived in the home and suddenly found he enjoyed doing it. Thus started Gerald's new life of indiscriminate murder across the streets of London.

Legal Status: As a teenager Gerald found himself with burglary, and armed assault to his list of crimes. As an adult Gerald has recently started adding homicide to his list of crimes as well.

Alias: Stephen Travers

Power/Skills/Training: Vampirism - In 1943, William was infected with vampirism at the age of 19, while he was fighting in WWII. For 50 years, he was a blight on humanity, killing and torturing innocents. It wasn't until William accidently killed his then aged sister did he begin to regret his actions. Instead of killing himself, though, he decided to use his forced affliction for good.

Equipment: None. William dislikes modern technology, and won't be caught dead with any of it.

History: William was born in 1925, and fought in World War II for the British Army. He was captured by the Nazis, but released by someone not of either side. This person infected him with vampirism, and William jined him in his quest for more power.
For 50 years, William murdered and tortured civillians, until, in 1967, he killed an elderly woman for a place to stay. After examining her home, he found it was actually his sister, Margaret. William's humanity came crashing back, and he retreated to a far away corner of the world, and waited for the people to forget about him.
Then, in 1990, a man named Stephen Travers came to America, and very openly admitted he was a vampire. He was given citizenship after passing the test, and began helping people by opening a homeless hostel. No one entered for fear it was a trap, except for one young girl named Clementine Reynolds.

Stephen managed to survive on the rats that wondered through his empty hostel, despite being disgusted by it.

Over time, this girl befriended the vampire, and told everyone Stephen was safe. The hostel grew in size until nearly every homeless citizen entered for free food and bedding. Stephen acquired some funding from a billionaire scientist named Xing, and grew his hostel until it resembled a hotel.

But the blood hunger was slowly driving him insane, and Stephen knew it. So one night, he politely asked Clementine if she could help. When she brought back pig's blood, Stephen tried, but it wasn't what he needed. Then she offered her own. Stephen shook his head, but Clementine cut her hand and held it over his face. Stephen now had his blood source.

Today, William, now Stephen, is searching for another purpose, and thinking about leaving his hostel to Clementine, now a very beautiful young woman.

Power/Skills/Training: Super-Speed - Kailey's movement speed enable her to seemingly act on impulse in a flash. In all truth, her speed is not the reason for this, it only complements her fighting style.
Super-Dexterity - Kailey's movements are so precise they could be perfect for a surgeon, but she uses them to aid her in combat
Super-Agility - Kailey's body can contort with her speed in a very natural way. Although not unnatural flexible, Kailey's flexibility is still an integral part of her combat style
Super-Reflexes - Kailey can react quicker then most on the ship she serves on, which is why she is usually called upon to scouting missions
Sword Training - Kailey has been practicing with her sword since her youth, and it has become a part of her life. She always has it with her.
Arobatics - Another addition from her youth was her acrbatic movements. Kailey uses this when she fights, flipping, rolling, and diving around the field.

When she came of age, she quickly applied to the military. Now, she is on an exploration vessel, training everyday to somehow better her already impressive skill set.

Blue took her and several other to London, and Elliot retreated in fear. When she learned of Blue's death, Elliot decided to make do with her current situation, and is currently stalking someone she plans on killing.

History: King and Blue were friends for six years, and he was a valuable source for information. He has insiders in the DSE capable of telling him anything he needs to know.
Blue came to Robert for information about Mia, and he delivered, but inadvertently led his friend to her death. When he discovered that Blue had been killed by the very woman she sought revenge against, Robert was unsure what to do. A dear friend and a good source of income were both lost, so Robert turned his attention to something new. The death of Evie Geran.

However, Robert wouldn't go after Mia like Blue did. No, Robert was going straight for Evie, as payback for Blue, Pinky and the money he could have made in the future.

History: Clementine's father was a criminal. He always had been somewhat evil, but the way he saw it, if it could be taken, it could be his. This is how he saw Clementine's mother.
When Clementine was born, her father stole his daughter, and raised her until she was five. When he believed Clementine would never accept his way of life, he abandoned her in New York. Unsure what to do, Clementine crawled into an alleyway and met a homeless man. The man told her to stay away from the hostl run by Stephen Travers, because he was a vampire. Naive as she was, Clementine went and inspected it, meeting the man who people were afraid of. Clementine returned again the next day, and this pattern repeated until Stephen trusted her enough to tell her his past. Clementine was 11 when she heard this story, and only smiled at her new friend, stating he wasn't that person anymore.
Clementine spread the word of William's hostel, and people believed a survivor, so flocked to get their free food. Sthephen thanked Clementin for the gift she had given him, and gave her a place to live withen the hostel. But whenn people started flocking, Stephen's blood supply started leaving when the rats retreated. Clementine tried helping by gettng butcher blood, and Stephen couldn't eat it. Clementine then offered her own blood, and cut her hand. 16 year old blood entered his mouth, and the two came to an agreement. Clementine knew she could survive the process, due to her regeneration she had inherited somewhere along her bloodline.

Today, Clementine helps Stephen run the hostel, now a large building with funding from a billionaire's account. But she's noticed Stephen wants more from life, and wishes to follow him everywhere

Illusions - Willow found in her adolescence that being popular is difficult, and she developed a way to fool the minds of others, making her near invisible and causng distractions to escape
Mind Reading - The mind, to Willow anyway, is an uncomplicated thing, and extremely easy to read. Willow can penetrate most minds, even those attempting to hide. Only the great minds and the resillient of will can resist her mental probing

History: Willow received her powers from her mother, who sadly died a year after her birth, killed by a vampiric criminal named Blue Vegas. Willow was raised by her father, who took to drinking and beating his daughter when she misbehaved. When she was six, she accidentally killed her father, flinging a dumpster at him when he hit her with a pipe, leaving her homeless.
An agent found her father's body and Willow three metres away, and he took her in. Her father's death was ruled murder, but the culprit was never found. Willow was raised and trained by a member of the Ministry of the Extraordinary named Michael Galea and given a home with him.
She was registered by Michael, and given a license for her powers, and he told her when she was old enough she could work with him. Over time, she discovered more of her powers and eventually grew in power, but her timid nature caused her to hold them back and hide them. If she wanted to, she could lift up a car if she concentrated enough, but she was always too nervous to lift up anything bigger then a motorbike or a person.

Unfortunately, misfortune seemed to follow Willow where ever she went. Michael was given a child named Mia to care for after she had been liberated from her dernged sister. Willow took Mia under her wing, but was unaware of events happening over the sea.
In New York, the vampire Blue Vegas had been angered by Evie betraying her, so she decided to kill Mia as revenge. Blue Vegas raised a small army of mercenaries, followers and traitors, and assaulted Mia's new home. Although Blue lost her life, Willow was hospitilised when revenge clouded her judgement.

Currently in a coma, Willow is now signed under Alice, Michael's girlfriend, after Michael died fighting Vegas' army.

Backstory:

Orphaned at an early age and forced out of his home, Nate Anders spent much of his life on the streets doing whatever he could to survive. Stealing, fighting, whatever he could to keep himself fed and watered. Often he'd spend the night in a derelict building, an alleyway or in the local park. Times could be harsh, sometimes Nate would have to fight his claim at a spot, sometimes losing, sometimes winning, until he began hanging around with a gang of graffiti artists who'd paint over billboards, subway trains and over high-profile locations, developing his parkour skills further in order to access these locations, even assuming the graf name 'Anon', on account of the goggle hoodie he wore to conceal his identity from the authorities. Meanwhile, the events surrounding his parents' deaths had always been mysterious, but things soon came to a head once Anon reached the onset of puberty. Gradually, he began to notice unusual phenomena that began to occur around him. Electrical appliances randomly switching off, lights suddenly fizzling out. Slowly, he began to realise that he was the cause of this anomalous activity, that he was a 'supernormal', one with electrokinetic abilities. These could have been linked to his parents' deaths, but he paid little attention to this, instead focussed on amusing himself and expressing his newfound powers.

He practised these abilities and also developed several more, perfecting them, and eventually chose to demonstrate them to his fellow graff artists, gaining further support and respect. Since this however, he has had numerous run-ins with the authorities that have led to officers suffering injuries due to electrical burns or broken bones, and just short of a dozen squad cars have been put out of action due to damage caused by his electrical abilities.
