Lone Heroes (Jazz and Megara)

I should have taken care of Dracion when I had the chance but I didn't because I am trying to free her! But now she is hurting those I love...and anyone else who gets in her way. I can't save her...so I will be the one who ends her...now get out of my way...or I will make you"

Altair stood his ground. He wasnt going anywhere. And if he was to be the only one in the room to do so? Then so be it. He couldnt have her see what she was doing, so this was the response in return. "Im not moving. And I dont care if you make me. I just want you to see the mistake you are making by doing this. If I die doing this, then fine." The Grand Master said.

Riku went over to Amber's room to check on her. He wanted to tell her about the meeting that was taking place. He thought about somethings while he was on his way to her room. When he was close, he heard talking that didnt sound pleasant. He quickened his pace to find out what was going on.

Amber limped over to face him, her hand resting on her blade. " get out of the way, Altair....please....I have to do this...."

Altair stood his ground. "When you actually listen to us and be able to walk and not limp. Then I will move." Altair told her firmly.

Amber pulled her blade free and said "I am the only one who can stop her...if you guys go out there you all will die or worse...I won't lose anyone else"

Altaïr still didn't move from his. He felt no fear toward her at all. "I'm still not moving. You should know what I'm going to say." Altaïr told her. He was surprised that no one within the room was going to speak up. Were they afraid of her or something? Did they just want her to go while injured? Was he the only one that cared?

Riku had finally made it to Amber's room. He wondered what all the commotion was about when he heard Amber talkin about leaving. The. Altaïr trying to stop her. Riku had walked into the room but stopped at the doorway. Honestly, unsure what to say here he looked at Amber with worried eyes. "Amber? What are you doing? And why is your sword out of it's sheathe?" Riku asked her, noticing the glint of her sword.

Amber looked at Riku and said "I have to protect my family...and his standing in the way of that..." Dante and Helios were unsure what to do. Dante looked at Alitair and said "Um...you sure you want to do this right now?"

Altair glared at Dante. Was he really asking him that question? "Yes. I'm sure. I'm not going to let Amber die due to her own stubbornness. We are here to help her are we not? Then I am willing to stand in her way to make sure she succeeds." Altaïr turned to Amber. "Amber. We can help. We are here to help. Be smart about this and recover your strength. You will be defenseless and you can easily be slain! Are honestly going to just have us stand on the sidelines watching you die from your wounds?"

Riku looked at Altaïr, then Amber. He cared about her so much. Altaïr was right. She could just throw her life away like this and expect them to watch. "I'm sorry Amber. He's right. You need to rest. I can't bare to see you do this and expect you to come back alive. We did come to help. You save my life and I owe you. But I'm here because I want to help protect what is dear to me as we'll." Riku explained to her.

Dante nodded, his blade in his hand behind his back. He was ready to jump in if amber attacked. She was losing for some reason, he was just trying to figure out why

Amber moved forward and held her blade up. "get....out of....my way...don't make me hurt you....I don't want to..." that's when Helios saw it. A mark on her neck. It was small, but he could see it peeking out from under her collar. And it was glowing. Helios looked at Altair and then nodded to amber, then shaking his head. He as trying to tell them that this want her own actions.

Altair wasnt going to move still. Even if she held her blade up. He glanced at Helios to see he was silently telling him something. When he got the silent message, he quickly disarmed Amber, using a pressure point at the wrist to get her to let go of the blade. Then Altair, pushes a pressure point within her neck to make pass out. If it worked, he would catch her so her injury wouldn't get worse.
