The point of a relationship sheet is that you write out what you imagine your character would think of another. It doesn't have to be set in stone, and even if your character hasn't met another, it's possible to write out what your character's opinion would be of them, once they meet.

But in your case, your character is a junior, so yes. She would've already met most, if not all of the other people here. She would already have different thoughts and relationships with everyone in the school.

The relationship sheets that are already written (I think it's just mine and Chezka's that are up though), all of the former members wrote them before the IC actually started.
