Personality: John is a famous TV presenter, known as ‘Eye’ due to the uncanny ability for his show to dig things up on those rich and famous. It has been stated that he has files on all those deemed ‘important’. He is kind to all when addressing them directly, but can be seen talking dirt behind their backs, or on national television. His constant smile disguises a gleeful enjoyment of destroying others and their livelihood. He has extreme respect for those in authority, unless they have something bad on their file, then they will be persecuted.
Strengths: His power of speech is said to be uncanny, almost supernatural. He can cause riots with a one-minute rant on the government, or even calm the threat of civil war with one seemingly unrelated news story. He knows how to intimidate people, and can cause utter fear or embarrassment in many who have crossed him.
Weaknesses: Due to his older age, he is not physically strong, just average, and his job does not aid this either. He cannot stand people going against him, and beating him, as he has an extreme competitive nature, it is how he got to his position of power after all.

Paradigm Stone Appearance: A golden signet ring embedded with an emerald. The signet is in the shape of an eagle in front of an eye. 
Personal Appearance Changes: His eyes go unnaturally large and cloud over, yet it can be seen that underneath they have become bloodshot. His skin turns gains a green hue similar to that of the emerald on the ring. He also ages dramatically in appearance, looking around 200, somehow.
Power/Ability Progression: His words now have direct influence on people, and he can issue any command and they will follow, this can even occur through image or voice transmission. He is also completely telepathic, and can read minds.
Power-Drunk Goals: To destroy the city through it’s own people, and rebuild it in his image, how he wants it.
Weakness: He is blind to those that he is killing, and does not realise that killing all will make rebuilding the city impossible. He is also completely confined to his zeppelin, if he leaves, then the ring begins to burn through his finger. Of course, he could sacrifice his fingers one by one if he needed to be on the ground. The burning causes intense pain and takes around 10 minutes to get through one finger, but even seconds will leave permanent damage.

Here he is, I thought he could form some interesting rivalries with a lot of the characters, I didn't give him a secret identity, cause I didn't deem it necessary for him, but I can create one if I need to. I realise we have a lot of villains, so I think I shall also work on a more heroic character.
