Well ... Heyitsjiwon's last post mentioned that his character was carrying an RPG and that he considered using it against the Goleyeith, but hmmm ... you're right about the limited fuel and the fact that the RPG's a Rocket Propelled Grenade as opposed to a clear cut Anti-Tank Buster. Still, it's worth an attempt! The explosion, big or small, might give some breathing room for an evacuation of sorts. 

The only other counter-measure I could think of besides your previous suggestions would be for Carolyn to draw its attention while the the others in South-East and Central Complex Sectors could concentrate small arms fire on its joints, eyes, or head. While the Goleyeith's preoccupied, this might give the survivors time to retreat!
