Seed things have changed, the multiverse here is now a warm and fuzzy place, not the war zone that we learned in. Everything has to be geared to fairness so it is fun, not a place where you learn to fight characters with vastly different powers and abilities. There is a 27-point list of fairness instead of just T1 and a tier rating, and going at it.

As for the quality going down, these aren't the old guard, these people are either learning or casual fighters. Alphakoka is probably the only one currently in the multiverse that could give you a fight.
