Ryuto felt a presence behind him, Kurai, using his Kekkei Genkai. He always shivered, the guy was like a freaking ninja. Rin also walked up to meet them. He observed his sensei and waited for her to speak. When she did, he obviously knew that they were going to have their differences. Ryuto was wild, unpredictable, which he considered a strength. He wasn't going to be a perfect ninja, he was just going to be him. Ōkami was already the underdog, and his sensei didn't seem to care about anything besides being strict. She spoke to him in a condescending tone that sparked a tinge of annoyance in him. "I meant I was ready metaphorically. As in, I was prepared to try my best," he replied, explaining his words. He realized that she was the type of woman who was completely serious, all the time. Ryuto was surprised when Touzoku informed them that if she felt like they weren't prepared then she would expel them from their ninja practice. Like hell he would let that happen. He has spent his whole life, and time into being a ninja. He wasn't going to let his excruciatingly hard training be for nothing. Then, she asked them three questions. Now, Ryuto was a simple guy, he had no complex way to explain himself. He went with the basics. He was a taijutsu specialist. He had no skill in ninjutsu or genjutsu. He was smarter than he looked. And someday, he wanted to find out who murdered his father and brother. He wanted to become a great ninja like his sister. Ōkami realized that he probably had already read about them, she was in fact their sensei. So why ask answers she already knew? Ryu didn't care, he spoke anyways. "I'm a taijutsu specialist. I also practice Fūinjutsu, a known skill of the Ōkami clan. I have a Kekkei Genkai, and I have no skill with ninjutsu or genjutsu. I want to be a great ninja like my sister. My father and brother were killed when I was little. I want to find who killed them. I hope that one day people will consider me a ninja. They think that in order to be a ninja, one must utilize ninjutsu and genjutsu. I am here to prove them wrong. And I promise you I won't give up." Ryuto made sure to keep his skill set vague, he wasn't sure if she was going to attack them or not. She might have traps set up or something. He'd watch Kurai, Ryu admitted that his friend's intelligence greatly surpassed his. Who knew, maybe his friend was even more analytical that their sensei. If there were traps or a surprise attack, Kurai would be the first to know about it. Ryuto would have to be ready at all times.
