Well, it's an entire group of islands, but it's the only one that is currently free. You don't have to be [i]from[/i] here, though.

As for the dragons: They're huge, and powerful enough to replicate anything a human wizard can do, but they don't interfere in anything smaller in scale than natural disasters (as they don't like them either). The last thing is still helpful for this place due to volcanoes.
