Shiori is a calm and collected Kunoichi, giving off a cool vibe. Nonetheless, she is elegant and honorable as not only by Uchiha standards but by all means necessary, she is responsible for her actions and will only be brutal when needed, she also has a great sense of justice, and is shown to dislike dishonoring methods. Despite her cold and honest nature, she has the capacity to care for her friends and family. Shiori's composure can be tested by teasing, her weakness is to cute things.

Aside from her sugar and ice personality, Shiori has a playful side that applies to everyone, when she was a child she was immature and loud, compare to her current self. She teases people in many ways but not intentionally, however if it is intentional, it is for comedic purpose and good times, Shiori's teasing moments is only indirectly speaking, whatever comes out of her mouth may sound totally wrong and perverted. As a matter of fact, she knows very well that it gives off savory moments therefore using it to her own advantage, savory sugar indeed. As a Police, she handles whatever given tasks to her in a slow manner, thoroughly and subtle blackmailing conditions which applies to suspects, this will eventually become her notebook, as in exploiting information through direct and indirect means thus deducting her clues. She doesn't lie to her comrades but if she has to lie, Shiori will leave subtle hints that one may understand, a code that is. She takes her initiative to workaholic levels, if a task needs to be finish, she'll do it right away followed by another task, Shiori uses whatever resource she can use and is innovative enough to provide better outcomes.

She has a habit of eating a lot, and rejecting alcohol and cigarettes, Shiori is health conscious and will humbly decline anything that is considered unhealthy to her, in this case, she humbly declines the Mangekyou Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, she sees it as unnatural and an atrocity of killing friends and family. Much to her dismay, she hates losing to bets and friendly challenges, she's always hyperactive, whenever she loses, Shiori is always put into embarrassing outfits and whatnot. Aside from her stoic demeanor, there are times that she loses it, her feelings overflowing and crying, her composure of this, makes her vulnerable and she takes in self-pity, it only takes a matter of encouragement to push her up.
