Lily - Pouting "Just leave me alone!" She shouted, not really even hearing Matt's knocking. She was yelling on the voice in her head. "That's all we ever are. Alone. Don't you get it? Time after time after time, we end up alone. No one, not even God, cares about us!" "I won't believe you!" She shouted again, crouching on the floor with her hands pulled up to her ears, a feeble attempt at silencing the voice. Before, she could ignore it but now she was alone with it. "There's someone at your door." She blinked, looking up at her living room. She turned, curious, and looked at the door. Sure enough, there were shadows under her door. With eyes still wet and damp, she slowly moved to the door, a little cautious and mostly just tired. She opened it to see Matt standing at the door. Her eyes grew wide and she began to sob even more. She jumped up and wrapped her arms around Matt, relief spreading over her. "I'm so sorry. I didn't even think to see if you were okay..." She told him pulling away. She'd almost forgotten that she wasn't alone here. She had Matt and so many friends she'd yet to meet. Still, it saddened her that one would be leaving for a time. A place where she wouldn't know if he was okay... She pushed the thought away and smiled up at Matt. Have anything to say now? "..." Hah. --- Maria - Watching the Fight Leave She turned to look at Bael as a smirk grew on his lips. Her eyes narrowed. For once, she hadn't seen this coming. A rare treat for her... He looked at her and then held up a book, moving it around. Her eyes narrowed trying to figure out his meaning. If only her damned hawk spell hadn't worn off. Then again, it always had the worst timing. Damned thing wore off right after the big guy's booming entrance. Which, I'd say he was just showing off. Still... It did make him look handsome... A small chuckle appeared on the woman's face. Yes, she needed a long relaxing bath after all of this was over. But before that, she needed to address her students. Once the demons were gone, Maria turned to Ryuu and walked over to him. She smiled brightly at him. "Hello there, Ryuu. Name's Maria Cross. Let me see that leg of yours." She greeted him, kneeling down to be eye level with him. She had one knee on the ground and the other was raised with her arm resting on it. She waited for an answer since she wasn't about to waste her energy if he didn't want it.
