Edit: With that in mind, I have a suggestion.

Common sense, it should be called. It's just to avoid incovenience through the RP... Planning to burge into someone's RP and save them/attack whatever monster they're attacking? ASK FIRST. This generally goes for everything, even interaction. Believe it or not, not everyone finds your character the epitome of interest, so it's not highly unlikely to not want interaction/something else. (This goes for everyone, really)
