I saw the first IC post when it was first posted, but I was doing yardwork all day so I didn't really have a chance to reply to it. I'm done now so I started to work on my first post.

On the topic of the latest conversation, will people be able to join later on the RP, especially when we're all past the rookie stage? Would those people just have be pre-existing ranger or would they be newbies at the start like everyone else? But the more important question is will the RP be open when the majority of us become Rank 1 Rangers? And when we finally create squads, will newcomers create their own new one, or will the team formation shuffle around to accommodate them?
