[b][i] – Kathy[/i][/b]

Feeling a little hesitant, Kathy stopped and turned to look at Crash as he jogged up beside her. Seeing him, she felt a smile naturally break out on her face. [i]‘Ah… I see.’[/i] She thought, [i]‘I missed him. I had really wanted to see him again.’[/i] Feeling a slight blush rise onto her cheeks from her thoughts, she felt relieved he had chosen to wear a shirt along with his swimming trunks. Her face would have turned into the same shade as Crash’s hair and she would have been too embarrassed to be able to hold a proper conversation with him if he had decided to show more skin like some of the other students.

The smile still on her face she told Crash, “I have a pretty good sense of direction, and you [i]are[/i] good company. So I guess that means the exploration is going to be quite entertaining.” Reaching up, she ruffled his red hair. She spent a small moment longer messing with his hair than she usually did and quietly said, “… I’m really glad to see you again.” Not caring whether or not he had actually heard her, she withdrew her hand and made a light laugh before speaking in her usual friendly tone. “My party of one is actually very full, but I’ll be nice and make an exception for you.”

“I’m actually a little surprised.” Kathy started to say as she resumed her walk, making sure to wait for Crash to come with her before she actually moved too far away. “I thought everyone would just go straight to the beach during the first hour or so here. You sure you’d rather accompany me to the resort?”
