Only if you don't know how to do it. 
I think I'm fairly competent at what I do, and Iris isn't some over-powered mary sue that wouldn't be accepted. Really, she could work without Amnesia, I guess, but it would make things less interesting considering a few things I have planned for her, I think.

If you want me to spoil it, I can I guess, if you're that concerned about it. If you don't want her on your team though, then that's fine too, the three of us can go be on the other team.
