You can just have people send status PMs to everyone else every time they log in, post in the rp thread, or just post in general. With a group of 7-10 that should only be a few hundred PMs per day, right?I am just the best at problem solving, boy I tell ya.

Meh. My RP's probably wouldn't move that fast. Just before the Guildfall, I think the RP's I had running at the time moved at an average speed of about a post per day. So it's really not the number of PM's that would be problematic. Also you bring up a good point that people might not be able to keep track of all those PM's either, so... yeah.
