Either of them would be quite fine, honestly. Atm, I'm rather focused on re-railing the RP.

Edit: @Genkai: Maybe it's the wording or something but I'm not sure if the "timing" of the Bloody occurrence is specified. In this instance, I recall similar natural events occurring elsewhere during either the Spring/Autumnal Equinoxes [b]OR[/b] the Solstices due to the positioning of the sun, but I could not recall which. I ultimately decided to just leave the detail vague enough for interpretation of the roleplayers. 

Everything I added there was to set a tone and provide resources for the roleplayers to draw on to bind them with the setting some.
