Light steps scurried through the gathering crowds of the town hall, pressing through arms loosely as she was hardly noticed over the chantings and chatter of the many gathered adventurers who had arrived to take on this quest. Melody was of course just the same as they, looking to make a name for herself and find herself really, a purpose in this world that would put her at ease with how things were. She had thought of stopping at her parents' house on the way to Burbof, but you know, it'd be hard on them for her to visit on short notice before leaving quickly after. So here she was, in this place, full of men frothing at the mouth thinking of entrapping the hearts of the many princesses out there.. She didn't know how to feel about it really, but maybe the group she was assigned to would be different? Maybe they'd be some pure of heart adventurers who simply seek to fulfill this task for the same reasons as her! 

Alas, she had finally found a break in the tides of men. Shivering at the amount of people she had just touched at once, Melody got a bit lightheaded at this realization, and sought for somewhere to rest. In the nearby area, was a table in which she mindlessly began slugging towards, nearly tripping over her own robes. When she reached the seat slumping her upper body onto the table, she looked up to see an incredibly large figure looming above. It was frightening, really, like thank god she went to the bathroom earlier. Stiffening up as the girl realized she was not alone at the table, she politely stood up and bowed nervously to the figure, shaking in standstill while gripping her robes.
