Personality: Joshua is a calm and collected individual who can be very short tempered and reckless at times. Though he generally focuses on the task at hand and is all business, he will makes jokes and try to lighten the mood when things can bad or look like they're about to be. Though he is generally a lone and reluctant to work with others, he does care for those he works with and looks out for their well being.

Magical powers/ Physical Abilities: Joshua completely and utterly incapable of magic. No matter how hard he tries, he just can't use magic. Despite this though, he more then makes up for it with his physical abilities. He is a skilled marksman and a master at close-range combat, being a master of multiple weapons and street fighting. Joshua is also incredibly faster, even without the aid of magic.

Flaws: Due to his interactions with a certain girl protected by the Agency, Joshua refrains from killing as much as possible. He will refuse to kill someone unless pushed to extremes and left with no other option, though he feels incredible guilt afterwards. Joshua also can't control his anger when children are involved in something and his inability to kill goes out the window once a child gets hurt or involved in a dangerous situation.

Side: Neutral (Gun for hire, refuses to work with Mafia, no matter the price)

Bio: Joshua was born and raised in a family of mercenaries. From the moment he could walk and make a first he was trained to fight and kill. While his family generally disproved of magic, they also acknowledged the uses it could have in their line of work. While most of his family was able to learn magic fairly quickly, Joshua struggled to learn even the most basic abilities of any school of magic. While this disappointed his family and frustrated the young boy, he kept at his physical training and was soon able to hold his own against even his father, who was the head of the family at the time.

Joshua took his first job at 13, which involved protecting several people of importance alongside his twin siblings, Toshiro and Sakura Tamashii. It was during this mission that Joshua committed his first homicide, killing a man who had threatened their charges. Though this event would normally be traumatizing to someone so young, Joshua had been trained to see such things as nothing more then a part of the job. As such, he was unable to gain magic through this method.

When Joshua was 19, he and his entire family were hired by the agency to take down a Mafia prostitution ring that had girls that were too young to be involved in such activities and to rescue any that showed powerful magical powers. Though the family knew it was unlikely they would all come out alive and as such gave each other their good-byes to each other, as was their tradition for such missions, and set out the get the job done. The Mafia naturally put up a fight to protect one of their most profitable businesses and as a result, most of the Tamashii family was killed. Near the end of the mission, Joshua, Toshiro, and Sakura were the only ones left arrive and were trying the get the only child that was still alive after the mafia realized they were losing and started killing off the girls. While the four of them got out alive, the mafia had sent one of their most elite assassins to finish them off. Toshiro and Sakura sent Joshua and the child on ahead while they held the assassin off.

Joshua managed to get the girl to the Agency and reported in. The Agency sent out several teams to clean up the mess and find any possible survivors. When they reported back, Joshua learned that Toshiro and Sakura had been killed by the assassin sent after them but that the killer had escaped. Angered beyond belief, Joshua was about to go on a suicide mission to take down the mafia, when the child he had rescued spoke. She was able to see the spirits of his family and deliver their last message to him: to not let his emotions get the best of him and to live and keep their legacy going.

After taking some time to cool down, Joshua decided to fulfill the last wishes of his family and has since then been a gun for hire, though his grudge against the mafia stops him from working for that and eagerly take any job that could hurt them.

Personality: Amelia is a very quiet and reserved girl, rarely speaking to anyone she doesn't know well and trust. When she does speak, it is often in a very low tone, making her hard to hear. 

One of Amelia's more positive characteristics is her utter reverence for life. Having almost died many times herself and being able to see the dead and how they sometimes suffer, Amelia hates hearing about others taking lives and is against the very notion, to the point that she refuses to eat anything that involved the death of something living (in other word, she refuses to eat meat and fish).

Amelia tries her best to distance herself from her past as much as possible. When it does come up, she usually closes up and hides from it as best she can or, if it keeps dogging her, she breaks down and loses her usual composure due to memories she tries to suppress coming to the surface and literally flashing before her eyes. During such time's she's extremely difficult to calm down, with only the people she trust most having any chance at doing so.

Due to spend most of her time with him over the past two years, Amelia has developed a small crush on her handler, Ascot Harper, but is hesitant to explore these emotions due to her past and her inability to identify what the emotion she is feeling truly is.

Magical powers/ Physical Abilities: Amelia gained her magical powers through trauma and her closeness to death. Due to the sheer amount of magical power she has gained from the trauma she has experienced, the Agency is forced to use various seals on her to keep her powers in check, though even then they can't hold all her powers back.

Amelia's magics are Death and Otherness. Her Otherness powers grant her the ability to see the spirits that roam around unseen by most people, as well as talk and physically interact with them. This is her most used magic and makes her one of the Agency's best information gatherers, as most people are unnerved by spirits and rarely learn the Otherness school of magic.

Amelia's abilities with the school of Death or her most fearsome, but rarely used. When they are used, she has been shown to be capable of raising a literal army of the undead and releasing waves of necrotic energy that could kill everyone within a very wide radius. Most of the seals the Agency has placed on her are to restrain these powers to the safety of both Amelia and the general public, though said seals are sometimes broken and need to quickly be out back in place.

Flaws: Amelia is a pacifist, as she detest violence and utterly refuses to fight, even if she could be killed. While she knows a few moves to defend herself, she lacks the physical strength and endurance needed to fight. As such, she relies on Ascot and their allies to protect her if she ever gets into a dangerous situation.

Another reason Amelia refuses to fight is because of a mysterious heart condition she has. Possibly as a result of magical torture, Amelia can't exert herself too much for fear of causing her heart to work harder then normal, which results in her coughing up blood. It is also suspected the seals on her and the magical power they hold back factor into the severity of this condition and make it worse.

Amelia's final flaw is her inability to control her magical powers, hence the seals mentioned above. Should said seals break she will have no ability to stop her magic from running rampant until she is either knocked out or falls unconscious. This effectively makes her a smoking gun and possibly the most dangerous person in any group she's in, despite her pacifistic nature.

Side: Agency, due to them being the ones taking care of her

Bio: Amelia was born into a poor family, who could barely make enough money to scrape by and support their daughter. This was not helped by their gambling addiction, which lead them to fall behind on taxes and other needed payments. As such they were quick to look for a loan and they were quickly taken in by a loan shark's offer, not even thinking about the terms and it's possible consequences.

Sadly, the lone shark was associated with the Mafia and was quick to bring up their debt to the organization. Her parents scrambled to pay off the debt, namely by more gambling, but only wound up making the situation worse. When the shark and his goons showed up to collect the debt and her parents were unable to pay, he was about to order their death. However, he spotted the then five year old Amelia watching from a nearby doorway and, knowing of an upcoming enterprise of the Mafia's and seeing an opportunity to advance, the man took the young child as payment instead.

Amelia was taken to a place the Mafia referred to as Atlantis. It was a prostitution ring set up by Mafia, though none of the girls that worked there were willing or of legal age. Life in Atlantis was very hard on the young girl's as it was some sort of sick, twisted game for the wish: Two men got two girls, 'played' with them, the decided which one they liked more. The winner lived but was forced to watch the loser die in front of them. Any girls that proved uncooperative where tortured with various magics before being sent back to do their 'jobs'.

The Mafia was not stupid and, after a while, began giving the girls sedatives that also blocked their ability to use the magic they would gain from the trauma they were going through. Amelia, who always 'won' her 'games' was usually given several times the normal dose because it quickly became apparent her powers were far stronger then the others. This left her in a doll-like state, unable to act but aware of what was being done to her and the other girls.

Amelia was stuck in that hellhole for four whole years. During this time the Agency had found out about Atlantis and sent a squad of mercenaries, the Tamashii family, to clear the building out and rescue all the children they could. The Mafia put up a better fight then expected and also began killing off the girls, as they were expendable at that point. Out of the hundreds that were there, only Amelia survived, though through sheer luck, as the executioner was killed just before he could finish her off. The three remain Tamashii carried her out at that point and got her to the Agency after two of the remaining three stayed behind to fend off a Mafia assassin.

Since her rescue Amelia has stayed and lived in the Agency. She was assigned a handler, Ascot Harper, the son of the head of the Agency. Her life has been mostly peaceful since then, with her helping the Agency out on occasion but generally staying in the safety of the facility.

Personality: As an assassin Jack is calm and collected under any kind of pressure and remarkably cunning. She never panics and will take any situation put in front of her with a calm expression while find out the best way out in a matter of seconds.

When sent to kill someone, Jack will find them quickly but take her time eliminating them, displaying a childish yet highly sadistic personality, as she will play 'games' with her target and slowly torture them before finally killing them after their spirit has been broken. After having her fun she reverts back to her usual personality before finding her next target(s) and taking her time eliminating them.

Magical powers/ Physical Abilities: Jack in your ideal assassin: She's quick, flexible, surprisingly strong dispute what her build might say, and skilled with just about any weapon out there. She's also skilled in stealth and infiltration, being able to break into just about any place she puts her mind to and get out unnoticed. These skills aided her in the ONLY successful infiltration of the Agency, when she was sent there to retrieve some information the organization had on he Mafia that her bosses didn't want the Agency to have.

Jack is also skilled in magic, particularly the Matter, Mentalism, and Fate schools, which she uses to great effect to aid in her job. Her moniker, the Maiden of the Mist, is earned her unparalleled skill in the Matter school and affinity for mist and fog. Jack never carries any weapons on her, as she just fashions them from mist. This means metal detectors have no chance at detecting weapons on her. She uses Mentalism to trick people and hide herself in plain sight and only uses Fate in emergencies.

Flaws: Jack's one and only flaw is her tendency to play with her targets. She will take longer then necessary to kill them, something that can lead to officials finding her before she finishes her target off, though she's usually swift to do so before going on a killing spree on the poor bastards that found her.

Side: Mafia (Secret Assassin for Aldric von Wainright) 

Bio: The mafia assassin known as the Maiden of the Mist is a mystery to everyone, even the head of the Agency. No one knows where she comes from, nor do they know who trained her. The only person who has even a few facts about her is her boss: Aldric von Wainright. But even he only knows a few details about her past, an even those might not be true.

What is known to be true are as follows: Jack was raised to be an assassin from birth and her family had a long tradition of being assassins. Once they're training was complete the new assassin would align themselves with some organization or another and provide their skills for that organization until their death or the organization was disbanded. 

Jack arrived at the mafia about four years ago and aligned herself with Aldric immediately, seeing a ruthlessness in the man that attracted her. Though not a part of the mafia at the time, her first order from Aldric was to eliminate his wife, a job Jack took with glee. She displayed amazing skill during the job, eliminating Aldric's wife and leaving without leaving any evidence that she had been there. From then on she took jobs from him, eliminating his enemies within and outside the Mafia at his behest and even breaking into the Agency to retrieve information that would earn him a promotion.

One of her jobs included eliminating a close friend of Aldric's renegade son Silas. Jack preformed the job as expected but she made sure to leave Silas only one clue: A strand of her silver hair. Due to there being no record of her birth DNA analysis would be pointless but it could prove to be a valuable clue for Silas' revenge.
