Mr. Shady is rather powerful, he does shady stuff, can get just about anything, and make anything happen.... for a price... and he is the kind of person 'be careful what you wish for.' kind of wishes, he has his own agenda but works for the Prison too.... ^_^ if you want to play him you can.
