"Hahaha, you think so?" Marcus asked, "I've always been taught to treat all life equally. It is belief in some religions, such as Catholicism or Christianity that only humans contain a soul. However, I am not exactly human, and I have a soul. So why can't everything else?" He felt as though she wouldn't completely understand what he was saying, as he felt she was a bit of a wandering spirit, but he felt he might try to explain it to her anyways. "You, me, the trees, that flower, this inchworm, everything that lives, has a soul." He said with a smile. "We all have our own independent thoughts."
