Bellua continued to course the walls of the room until he felt a bump. Flicking his index finger upward, he heard a tiny click, followed by a low and dull hum and a source of light that filled the room. Immediately, he noticed several things; a counter covered with basic items one would find at a local healer - medicine and the like, a long examination table that doubled as sort of a bed, a small note with scribbles on it. He surmised that this room must have belonged to some sort of nurse, that she could be anywhere on the grounds. Picking up the note, he read the casually scrawled words and smirked. The note was addressed to Euclid, from someone named Leon, telling his target that he and a 'Rose' were heading towards some cafeteria.
"We have a new destination," said the demon, turning towards Rae and crumpling the note in his fist. "This cafeteria. Surely, there's one on these grounds."
“That deal I mentioned? That’s what it took the guy to be my little servant. I promised he could run around in the Guild world, free as a bird, and hunt you down and kill you. He wasn’t a roleplayer like you guys, though. No – in fact I got the idea after I dragged you here and couldn’t help but notice the connection. As for this monster’s name, he called himself – or, no, I suppose more accurately you decided to call him Bellua.”
The name gave Euclid chills. Since his arrival here, he hypothesized the possibility, but mostly disregarded the theory that it could happen. Landing in Atlas Novus, finding himself in Kalmasyia - both were settings in their respective RPs at some point in time. He should have pieced it together, should have known from the beginning, but it eluded him, and he was ashamed that it did so for this long. Now, it was confirmed, much to his dismay - not only can locations from RPs come into existence, but characters as well, and his most dangerous creation during his time at the Guild was hunting him down.
Falling back against the wall, his vision blurred as he slid to the ground, obscured by the couch as he sat in the corner, rocking back and forth, gripping his knees and speaking in frantic, unintelligible whispers. He lost all hope. All he could do was wait for death. If Bellua was looking to kill him, it was almost a certainty.
