The description for it mentions "healing ailments," but elemental earth says "combined with elemental waters is a powerful healing agent." That plus the whole forest theme is why my mages all know earth and water. :lol

No idea if they're equivalent or which kind of stronger of not, but holy definitely allows some kind of healing.
