I'm not understanding your power fully. Are you using electric manipulation to control it and use it in ways such a magnetizing and change the polarity of material like static shock. Or are you edward elric manipulating the atomic structure and removing electrons because that's a very hazy line where particles act as both energy and matter depending on a lot of really advanced concepts and laws in the subatomic world. If I'm not mistaken you could take enough electrons away to completely wreck an atom and cause an atomic reaction and kaboom anything and everyone.

I'm no scientist at all and most of what I'm saying probably has a lot of if ands or buts. But im just asking trying to understand your power.
