Personality: Chad is mellow and a composed person who wouldn't lose his head in even the most critical of situations. He always tries to keep an steady nerve and thinks things through. Of course when there are situations that require immediate actions, Chad isn't your guy. When in a fire fight or when any other situation where life and death are judged in seconds, Chad wouldn't last long as he has to take several minutes to analyse he's next course of action. Of course Chad does his best to avoid those kinds of situations. Other than then that, Chad is mostly clam and mellow but some may say too clam and mellow. 
History: Just before the apostate, Chad worked as a delivery man for the Universal Delivery Corporation. It was enough to pay the bills and that was good enough for him. He came from a small town in the mid-west, he graduated high school but didn't really have any plans after that. He came to the big east coast cities to find a job and landed as delivery guy in Manhattan. Life wasn't grand but it was all that Chad needed and he kept it up for the next 2 and a half years until the apostate happened. 

The day it happened, Chad had a few beers at high noon and decided to take a nap as it was his off day. He woke up when it was already dark and the streets seemed eerily quite. He wasn't concerned at first but as hours past by, he felt that something was wrong. He got out on the streets and found that they were almost empty. There were a few people, like him, they were confused. After a few hours of thought, he decided to hitchhike with a guy going west. Chad dropped himself off at his family's house in Nebraska and checked if anybody was there. To his surprise and shock, the house was empty. 

Now Chad wonders around from town to town looking for whatever work lands on his feet. Since then, he's heard about a group of religious nuts who wants to exterminate Humanity and goes to great lengths to avoid them. Times are tough for Chad but he's never one for giving up whenever the load gets heavy.
