Used Name: Tai Yang Birthplace: Island way off the east of the map, nominally part of Kirigakure, but barely attached to their political structure. Age: 13 ??? Current Village: Kirigakure Rank: Possibly somewhere in the Jounin range for combat ability, but Tai Yang has little seniority and is very much an outsider to the ninja system, and so is currently tentatively a Chuunin. Backstory/Personality: Tai Yang is a boy of strength, vigor, and discipline. He values his own definition of honor and courage, but does not begrudge others their deceptions and tools. They need something to make things interesting, no? Of course, they’d be stronger in the long run if they laid down their steel and trained their bodies, but it is too late now. Back home, he was the strongest on his island by the age of eight, and so he traveled from island to island, swimming his way to each village. Defeating each village’s strongest, he was pointed ever westward towards Kiragakure. Arriving in Kiragakure at the age of 12 and partaking in a Chuunin exam, he was victorious through the first stage, but just barely, finally meeting opponents who were his match in battle. Dismayed at his weakness, he left to train during the gap between the stages in the exam. When he came back, he was barely recognizable, having seemingly aged years both in body and techniques. However, chakra sensing techniques were able to confirm that it was indeed the same Tai Yang who had left to train a week ago. His techniques and physical ability crushed the opposition despite his naively or stupidly straightforward fighting style. Kekkei Genkai: Toukon - Fighting Spirit Type: Toukoton - Fighting Spirit Release, only slightly mangled, because it sounds cooler this way to Tai Yang. Clan: When Tai Yang heard about the ninja thing of Kekkei Genkai, he decided he wanted one too. So he made one (up).

Name of Jutsu: PUNCH IT TILL VICTORY! He’s generally not too disappointed if you run away requiring him to temporarily switch to “Run at them until you can punch them again Technique.” Name of Jutsu: Run at them until you can punch them again Technique Rank: C Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu Users[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: Most ninjas reach a point where their bodies are capable of producing more speed than their friction with the ground is capable of handling, thus necessitating the “Jump between trees Technique”. However, Tai Yang has developed a technique where he bonds his foot with chakra to the ground so that he can push himself forward as fast as his physique can permit, and then send himself forward even faster by detonating that under his foot if necessary. This technique allows Tai Yang startling maneuverability and speed on the ground. Also of note, is that footwork is of incredible importance to the strength of one’s punches, and Tai Yang is not one to ignore anything that makes his punches stronger. (We’re pretty sure this one is actually Genjutsu) Users[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: Most ninjas are willing to hide their attacks behind stealth or trickery, or only have them glow brightly when the attack is of some illuminating nature. But not Tai Yang! Whenever his opponent sees him coming, it is his solemn duty to provide dramatic lighting to inform them they are about to be punched. Name of Jutsu: The Way of the Warrior is the Path of Truth! Technique Rank: A Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu ??? Users[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: Whether by sheer self-confidence, insanity, or Fighting Spirit, Tai Yang is entirely immune to any Genjutsu cancelled by pain, and is extraordinarily resistant to Genjutsu not affected by Pain. Even legendary “Trap you in another world for a year under extreme torture” level Genjutsu seem to simply exasperate Tai Yang as he wants to start fighting again. Name of Jutsu: The Way of the Warrior is the Path of Body! Technique Rank: C Range: Touch Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu Users[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: The Way of the Warrior is the Path of Body! Technique imbues Tai Yang’s punches with chakra, which then wraps around whatever he is punching with that chakra, binding that object together and providing a wrapper to prevent it from touching Tai Yang. Then, when this wrapper of chakra is caught between the extreme pressure of Tai Yang’s punch and whatever is on the other side, it explodes outward, blowing the object away (presuming Tai Yang has more force). This has led to such incidences as Tai Yang punching lightning bolts out of his way. Name of Jutsu: The Way of the Warrior is the Path of Spirit! Technique Rank: B Range: Touch Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu Users[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: The Way of the Warrior is the Path of Spirit! Technique is another imbue Tai Yang’s punches with chakra technique. This time, when the chakra contacts enemy chakra, it binds with that chakra and compresses, igniting both chakras like how diesel engines work, causing both the enemy and Tai Yang’s chakra to explode violently. Depending on whether Tai Yang wants to kill his opponent or merely annihilate their chakra reserves, he can tune his chakra to make the explosion interact with normal matter or chakra. Description: Surrounds himself with a layer of violent yellowish chakra that protects him from unfocused attacks, via similar methods to his Path of Body and Spirit techniques. Name of Jutsu: Fist of the Divine Emperor Technique Rank: A Range: Medium/Long depending on whether the tail is used. Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu ??? User[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: With both hands, Tai Yang manifests and launches a ball of chakra. This chakra can use the effects of either or both of his Path of Body or Spirit techniques. It can also be launched with a tail, allowing Tai Yang to guide it by throwing more chakra with a new direction in it, or retract the majority of the chakra used if he thinks he will miss. Once the tail is broken, he can no longer do either of those, and the attack is a dumb projectile. He can also launch weaker versions with only a single hand. This technique can easily penetrate many barriers, chakra or physical, by exploding an outer layer of chakra to momentarily breach it while the technique slips through, but it isn’t very smart about doing this unless the tail is still attached and Tai Yang is guiding it. This technique can get supercharged quite a bit, as Tai Yang can dump nearly all of his chakra into a single blast of this technique that could easily take out most opponents… If on the off chance some opponent worth that was so dumb as to get hit by a guided ball of chakra without some precaution. Name of Jutsu: Centering of Self Technique Rank: B Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu ??? User[s]: Tai Yang Affinity: Fighting Spirit Release ??? Description: Tai Yang’s techniques tend to leave a lot of underutilized chakra just floating around, and by concentrating; Tai Yang can draw that to himself to replenish himself. The rate of regeneration depends on how much chakra is floating around. Tai Yang can only use C level or lower techniques or just one B level technique while maintaining this level of concentration. Of important note is that this chakra draw tends to disrupt and interfere with other chakra regeneration abilities that rely on drawing chakra from somewhere other than the body, causing both techniques to cancel out.
